I called yesterday for a slow tub drain issue. I had been at work at Life Time Fitness and they used Plumbing and Drain Professionals. So I thought I would try it for our home. Gary was great. He explained everything in detail. He was able to assess the drainage issue and clear it up by snaking it. He cleaned up and was on his way in an hour tops. The price is very reasonable in my opinion. I will call them again and share my experience with our neighbors!

Toilet was clogged, they took care of it right away. Was able to schedule through an online form and they showed up in about 2 hours. Little pricy, but I was paying a premium for quick service. Tech also recommended a tool I could get to self service in the future.

Was a long term, loyal customer and found out they have been price gauging me! Poor experience with a job in July and they tried to raise the price 4X from what was anticipated price after they knew I took off work to be home. Would give even fewer stars if possible. Do not buy their residential service without calling around.

Rob was quick to diagnose the issue and thorough in explaining repair process and pricing for the parts/services. They were kind, quick, and professional. This company is considerate of your time. They provide text alerts updating you of arrival times and were very punctual. I would highly recommend using them. Seemless repair process!

I've only had good experiences with Drainmaster. I won't go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. Excellent service and very reasonable prices.

Point of sale was fine. Kyle on install was quick and good. No complaints. Only 4 stars due to cost of goods….. essentially paid $1500 for permit and a 2 man 1.5 hour on-site install. (1 hour for getting tank and disposing of old) Tank itself is only $900 if I brought it here from Lowes.

I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for several years. Their office staff and experienced plumbers are always warm and friendly - and possess expertise. They go out of their way to make sure that the job is done right and the billing is fair. I had an outside hose bib that was leaking. He put new faucet on and added a shut off valve so that faucet can be shut off in the winter or any other time I don’t want it on outside. Had another issue he suggested I get other estimate for as he felt someone else could do it for less since it wasn’t complicated and didn’t justify his rate.

Had a terrible clog effecting my mainline, G-Tech came out and cleared the line. Thank goodness for such professional, kind, and efficient techs. I will certainly be using them with any plumbing needs!

Logan was very personable, courteous, and knowledgeable. He made my day. He came over to fix a leaky pipe. I happened to mention I needed a tap for my backyard. He ran a new water line and added a new tap so I can now have water from a hose in my backyard. I am tickled pink. I will use him and Eco plumbers again.
