Best Repair Tankless Water Heater in Columbus OH

Horrible; these guys are in for a quick cash, I had them to come over to look at a low-pressure problem, he told us we need to install buster pump. We decided to call another company and get a second opinion, second plumbing company came in (Documented everything with pictures) and noticed water valve was halfway closed. Didn’t need anything at all.

They did a good job, but are AWFULLY expensive. I think that even on a Saturday, it's just not right for a 20 minute job to cost $247. I'm likely to look for a more affordable plumber in the future.

They arrived on time, gave an estimate and were able to complete the work in the same day. I had 2 external faucets replaced with water shut off valves added, as well as a cap for the gas line.

We have used this company in the past and liked their service and rates Called for drain to be unclogged when technician arrived we were told that we would be charged $520 flat rate which is almost double what we usually pay.

Update !!!! No return calls or e-mails that shows a lot on a sooooo called professional company !!! Waste of time to make appointments !!! Or even try to join the company on a position !!! They waste you're time if you dont have pockets full of cash to spend or years and years of experience to give them for low hourly pay they will not even know you're there 30 plus days with no return calls or e-mails for esteemed work that needs done and positions at there location that need filled this place is a waste of time beawear!!!!

We had Mr. Rooter install new toilets for us and were so pleased with their service and professionalism! The entire interaction was top-notch. Would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

In my opinion, any place that leaves you setting all day for an appointment that they scheduled with you is unprofessional. Damaging pipes and still charging without fixing them is even worse. But offering to pay him to fix the pipe he broke, and he still doesn't show, well, I'll let the public decide. It's my opinion that the customer should beware. One reviewer stated they lost their home over this company!

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

Our water heater pilot light went out and wouldn't relight. We had an appointment with another company and they didn't show - Accurate Plumbing was booked but they squeezed us in AND showed up in the promised time frame. So so happy to have a hot water after a few days without!

Everything started off great per usual. Then there were three straight days with no call, no show, call the office and get an excuse as to why the technician couldn’t be out that day. We had a large scope of work which included roughing in plumbing. They placed the shower faucet on the wrong wall which I had to ask to be corrected mid-job. The toilet flange is 9.5” from the wall. If you can find me a toilet that will fit, I’ll consider taking this review down. We eventually got sick of getting the run around and stopped working with them. They became very responsive when it came time to collect payment to which they were asking for the full contracted amount. They did maybe half of the work that was originally agreed upon. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Trevor does a great job. He services the apartment complex I live in and is always on time and fixes whatever plumbing issues I have efficiently. Would definitely recommend The Local Plumber to any homeowner or property manager in Columbus, Ohio.

The first time I use this company was because I had actually called on them in a previous job and remember them being so nice. I also could not get my normal plumbing company (at the time) to come out as quickly as I needed them. Connie is extremely knowledgeable and has given me great tips and tricks to prevent pipes freezing, what to do when pipes burst, and preventing it from happening again. I’ve use this company time and time again and will continue to do so based on her expertise alone. But the work they do is also fantastic-the prices are fair, the employees are also on time, they clean up after themselves, and they get the job done. Extremely professional. Highly, highly recommend.

Found Water Heaters Now through Home Advisor. They were one of the first to respond the project. I explained that we were looking for an air source/heat pump water heater for a condo unit. Nate was very knowledgeable of this type of water heater. He made a recommendation and provided me additional information for reasearch. The unit he recommended is rated the best by a number of different sources on the internet
He then gave me a quote. I this quote with other bids that I received through Home Advisor. Water Heaters Now, was by far the best quote.

We scheduled a date for installation. No trip charge with installation. The installer, Jake, was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned up well after he was none.

I feel the one star this company is receiving from me is much more than they deserve, but unfortunately this will not allow me to do 0 stars. I had a leak under my sink, it was not a terrible leak, which is good since it took them a week to send a technician out, but it was covered by my home warranty so I didn't have a choice but to wait. When the technician finally arrived, he fixed the problem under the sink and went on his way, but that evening when I went to run my dishwasher, it didn't drain. I assumed it was a problem with the dishwasher so I did some investigating only to find that when I disconnected the dishwasher drain hose that it drained with no problem, so clearly it was a problem with the drain pipe that the technician fixed. I called the next business day and told them what was going on and they sent the same tech out again, who just said it wasn't anything I did, your dishwasher is broken. Now I have to wait for the appliance repair person to come out and tell me there is nothing wrong with my dishwasher only to have to wait for the home warranty company to send out another plumber to fix the problem this moron caused to begin with. Oh did I mention I still have a leak under the sink

I’ve used these guys in the past and they were great. This time however I’ve talked to a “dispatcher” twice and I’m being told to expect a call back from the owner and never received a call. You should not have to speak to the owner to get an appt scheduled.
