We had them replace the old lead drain pipes from the upstairs bathroom. Because this is an older home built in the early 1920’s, the bathroom floor is concrete and tile. We wanted the work completed without damaging the floor. Fritz Baumann Plumbing was the one company able to ensure they could complete the job as we wanted. They also installed a new comfort height toilet and wall grab bars. The job was completed in a timely manner.

Holden was great! Would use him again in a heart beat. He was extremely respectful, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. He got a difficult drain opened up with no problems and there are no leaks. Highly recommended!

I have been using them now for 4 years they are always my firs call when I have a pluming issue .they are very fast and have even helped me in the middle of the night .they are always prompt and easy to work with !!!!

Mike did a fantastic job. Came out within an hour of my call. He quickly found the leaking gas valves and replaced. Pressurized lines and showed me. Assisted in calling Columbia Gas to get service restored that day without any issues. No BS and got the job done. Prior company tried to say we needed all new gas lines and fittings. Would use again. We had our garbage disposal replaced and aftewards we heard a grinding noise. We talked to Tom at Plumbing One on the phone and he said it sounded like something was stuck in it. He suggested that we run ice cubes down it which we did and it cleared it up. Very professional and courteous!

I have nothing against the plumbers who came today they were both professional and nice but I do have a problem with this company who literally stood in my house for no more than 10 minutes and used my fuse that needed replaced they never used their own equipment but they have a minimum of a $105 to come to your house so for 10 minutes of doing pretty much nothing and using my supplies I got ripped off. I'm sorry but I will not recommend nor will I ever use them again.

Kitchen sink was filling up with water due to a clogged mainline in our building. Resident manager scheduled G-Tech Plumbing at 4 PM and they were here within an hour! They sent a text with the arrival time and the technicians picture, nice touch!

Shoutout to Audie! Friendly and professional service. Diagnosed the problem and took the time to check the other units. Great attention to detail.. wore shoe covers, cleaned the work space, and made sure the work fixed the issue.

He came right in and started testing everything to give us the answers we needed and made sure to explain what was bad and how much it would cost to get and repair it. He def. Did what he came here to do … happy we found out what was wrong with it so now we can get it fixed

Both of our water heaters failed at the same time and were leaking. Jim came to our house and did an amazing job with the removal of the old tanks and installation of the new. He was upfront with what needed to be done and any charges to be made. Professional and quick for a job well done.

Tommy is a coward and liar. I had Tommy come to my home three weeks ago to investigate a water leak I was having from my second floor bathroom. He told me that it would be two weeks before someone could come to my home to make the repair. After waiting three weeks with no communication, I called him to get an update on their schedule. I asked him point blank if he would be able to service my home in the next week since I am 5 months PREGNANT and without a shower (it is my only full bathroom). He assured me it would be Wednesday and Thursday of the next week. I called at the beginning of the week and received no reply. I sent him an email and he told me that he could not get to me until late September or early October. My issue with Calhoun is that if he would have been honest and transparent from the beginning instead of lying, I could have found another company to service my home. TOMMY completely waisted my time and had no remorse for his actions. He did not care that as a pregnant woman I had to constantly go to my neighbors house to shower and walk two flights of stairs just to use the bathroom. Moral of the story: DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH CALHOUN!!!!!

So many people wrote not to use this company and if I could give 0 stars I would. I have never seen a company care so little about doing their job. You pay them to come into your home and do nothing.

I had someone come in to fix a toilet. Second time already. It runs water continuously into the bowl after a few flushes, so we keep the valve off.

First guy goes in. Is there for just about 10 minutes. Says he fixed it and it was parts put in incorrectly. I'm cool with it, happy to have a working toilet finally. About three flushes in and the same thing happens again.

I call and then send a Drake out to fix it. I thank him for being there. Maybe 3 or so minutes in he's got the valve on, sitting on the bowl of the toilet with the lid closed looking at the back and he says nothing is wrong with the toilet so he can't fix anything. I. Was. Baffled. This man hasn't flushed the toilet once, he's just sitting on the bowl the water runs into not even looking at it, and with his expertise claims there is no issue. Okay.

I tell him there definitely is. I wouldn't call someone to fix a toilet if it's not broken. Maybe some people do? I personally am not into that. Maybe he just doesn't know. He tells me again he can't do anything to fix it. At this point I'm done. Some people only have one toilet and if this is the kind of professional they get they will never be able to use it.

People need their plumbing to work for everyday needs. It's really not something I can just not use. I told him I pay for a reason and I really just need him to do his job. He left anyway, not fixing a single thing. He was rude the whole time. He clearly didn't care about his job. I could be a better plumber than he is because at least I know to flush a toilet before saying there isn't an issue.

If you value your time and money, don't use this company. My personal experience left the impression that they only care about saying they did a job when they really didn't.

As a homeowner, I've used this company for my sporadic plumbing needs for over 10 years but after my most recent experience I finally am writing a review. In this case, my water heater failed and was leaking. I called at 7am and in spite of them having a full schedule and even with 3 guys out for various reasons, they managed to fit me in the same day and got me a new water heater installed. I was impressed (again) and recommend them without reservation.
