I’m only leaving a review because of the technician Cris B who helped us. He was fantastic and worked super hard from 6pm until 11pm to clear our drain, it was super clogged. He refused to quit until it was fixed and was so professional and helpful the whole time. He did a great job cleaning up after himself and wiped down and disinfected everything very carefully. If I ever need sewer help again, I will call Roto-rooter just to have Chris work on the pipes. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because they sent a salesman out first who tried to convince us to file an insurance claim before a plumber was able to diagnose the problem.

My roommate's sump pump quit working Monday the 15th. We found that out about 630 pm. She has an account with The Waterworks. She called and spoke with Lindsey. Lindsey was great. She quoted a price and said the Techs are on overtime and was that alright. She said the Tech would be there in 30 minutes. It was almost to the minute that Mick arrived. We went down to the basement and he spelled out exactly what needed to be fixed and the cost. Mick was very personable and funny. He had the job done in about 30 minutes. He double check everything. We would highly recommend The Waterworks. Their Techs are awesome and Customer Service is awesome also. Great job!

It's rare to find a contractor passionate about his work and leaves you confident the job will be done as if he were doing a repair on his own home. Leo and other ARS staff treated our job exceptionally well after several prior plumbers had failed. They also tried to keep the job as inexpensive as the situation allowed, giving us options along the way, it was not a trival job (washer outlet, sink drain, mains, etc. a mess). Outstanding job guys!

I’ve had the pleasure to work with Nick Agriesti from Muetzel on many occasions, he’s dealt with many issues, always well, involving commercial FCU’s, AHU,s, RCH’s, and our chiller/boiler environmental system. Always shows up with a smile and teaches me a little while he fixes things always end up happy with Nick and Muetzel!

I had a leaky shut off valve that was stuck. I made the leak worse by trying to remove the valve myself with no luck!Also, I had new countertops installed which meant I needed all plumbing for faucets and garbage disposal in kitchen and 2 bathroom faucets re-installed. Joe was very professional and courteous as he explained what was needed and gave me an estimate...no pressure. I asked if he had time to do the work that day. He got started on it and was patient enough to answer any questions I had and explained afterward in detail what he did. He was thorough; no leaks. Yay! All faucets work perfectly too! I really appreciate his patience and good manners as well as his excellent work ethic!If you have any plumbing needs, I highly recommend Joe at Mr. Rooter Plumbing! I will definitely call this company with any future plumbing requirements.

Mark was beyond amazing at getting my garbage disposal replaced. He went above and beyond by calling my Warranty company and getting this covered as this was a second opinion service call. The first service place that my warranty sent out was useless. Mark arrived in the time frame set for me (a little early actually) and got the whold thing taken care of in about an hour. I am forever grateful for Mark and The Service People team for getting this resolved and in the future I will make sure that I ask for this company to be sent out for any of my future plumbing needs through the home warranty.

Our disposal was very clogged. Chris was very responsive and arrived on time. He worked hard and was very neat. He fixed the disposal and related drainage issues. His charge was reasonable. Chris also made some helpful suggestions. He was professional and friendly. I highly recommend him.

I would definitely recommend family and friends to use these services, worker was very polite, and more then helpful came almost immediately to access the situation and had it taken care off faster then I could make it to the bank and back!!! Buyer BEWARE. These guys are bad news. Got their jetter stuck in the sewer main out on city of Columbus property. It happens I get it and I offered to pay to have it dug up. The owner continued to delay delay delay. Had to hire another company come dig up the majority of it while the owner of a sterling comitted to removing the rest of it. Over a year later now, part of its still in the city main ready to disrupt plumbing flow for an entire cit block. Unprofessional….recommend extreme caution with these guys!
