We bought a home and this company was assigned to fix the underground drain as part of the repair we requested to get done on the house. After we move into the house we found out one drainage was No working properly and one was repair poorly. We thought they neglected to provide the proper repair needed for the underground damage. They claim to understand how underground would works but now we stuck having the drain repair again. Dont trust this company specially for realstate transaction. They take all the $ for a half job. Really bad experience.

We had another plumber come out and left sewage in our cellar and told us the problem was a crushed sewage pipe. I looked at Water Works because they do financing, I called and Rob came out. He was professional, and courteous. He ran the camera and let us know it was just a block. He fixed the problem in an hour and it was less than half the cost of the other plumber. He took the time to show us the pipes, explain what caused the problem, and what we would need to do to prevent problems in the future. Rob was the best and we will definitely be using Water Works for all our future plumbing needs!!

Overall experience was great, they were able to quickly replace an older water heater one day after we contacted them about the issue. Installers were professional and were forthcoming with information as additional charges where encountered given it was an replacement of an existing unit that required some rework of the gas and water piping. Only negative was the prices charged for some the parts not initially quoted as they seemed high compared to what they would cost at retail. Would definitely use them again for other projects.

The technician did a terrible job of clearing the clogged main line. As soon as he found small roots he quit. Then a salesman showed up working a scam on their part. He claimed that pipes needed replacing. The estimate was over $6,000 without doing any investigation. He simply took a picture from the corner of the house and said it was to blame. So poor quality service and a salesman that tried to majorly upsell a minor issue. They also left the area inside the house dirty and nasty.We called a second plumber I'm and he had the issue solved within an hour. Amazingly no pipes needed replacing.I would not recommend Apex plumbing to anyone.

I hired them because of a recommendation. Somebody in my household put pasta and rice down the drain at the same time (obviously a massive no-no - hindsight 20/20) and it clogged our kitchen sink.

I called, and the person I spoke to on the phone gave me a bunch of things to do before setting an appointment so that I could try and avoid having to pay for a plumber, and I super appreciated that. I tried everything she suggested, and it didn’t work, hence why I’m reviewing.

The plumbers came the next day, and two people showed up at the exact time that they said they would. I explained the problem, and they quickly got to work.

I’m a strong believer in never giving a bad review, because I hired them to unclog the sink, and they did just that. However, they didn’t have any covers on their boots, so there was a lot of dirt tracked through the front door to the kitchen. They also stacked the few dishes I had set in the sink on top of candles and glassware that I had on the counter. Again, not a massive deal, but it was a little frustrating to have to clean out dirty dishwater and residue from my candles.

They shoved all of the rugs out of the way in the kitchen to avoid them from getting wet, which I appreciated, but then just used every towel available in the kitchen to mop up the water mess and then left. them there for me to clean up after they left. I don’t care because they were old towels and I’m not picky on cheap candles, but some other people might be a little more “Karen” about this.

They also absolutely smelled of cigarette smoke and the smell lingered for hours. Again, it went away, so we didn’t care that much, but someone else might complain.

Overall, they fixed my screw up. They fixed the sink fast and it cost $149. I’d hire them again the next time I do something dumb enough to need a plumber once more.

Meutzel Plumbing employs competent plumbers who took care of our plumbing needs for years, but not anymore.

We called Meutzel for an estimate on installing exterior pipes to drain the water from our downspouts to the street. They sent over a fellow who walked around the property awhile, then said we needed to schedule an appointment with Meutzel’s estimator, Mike Cisar. Why didn’t they send Mike out to begin with instead of wasting our time?

I phoned Mike, and he agreed to come out two days later. This guy knows everything there is to know about yard drains, and two minutes after you meet him you feel like you’ve known him forever. What a great guy!

That was over three weeks ago, and we’re still waiting for the estimate.

In the meantime, we called a company that emailed the estimate an hour after the walk-around and have since installed our exterior pipes and those of our neighbor.

In the course of soliciting bids for the yard drain project, we found ourselves a new plumbing company. They have already done excellent work for us. While they were here, I asked them to ballpark the cost of replacing two lavatory faucets, and it was about half of what Meutzel Plumbing charged us to do that job.

Basement floor drain was plugged up. Brandon got it going good and replaced the washer drain. He did an awesome job. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had the privilege of getting Matt assigned to my service request through my Home Shield home warranty. Matt came to fix a shotty repair (shower and toilet leak) done by the previous repairman assigned to me by Home Shield.

Nice guy came out to fix our clogged tub. Hair was removed and plumber went over ways to prevent issue in future.

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

We tried to use Accurate Plumbing to repair or replace our tankless water heater, and I would never recommend them. We did not have enough hot water to shower for more than a month while working with them and we spent nearly $700 for them to try different repairs that did not work. I had to call multiple times to get status updates, they came to our home four different times, and we still couldn’t get hot water. I ultimately decided to go with a different company that was able to replace our tankless water heater same-day.

I called them based on past experience from 2009. This time, I had two guys show up and tell me my drain line was clogged. Yeah, like I did not already know this. I would think if you specialize in drain clearing then you would a least recommend a solution to a drainage problem. I suggest you contact someone else.

We have had many plumbing issues at our home since we moved in. A lot of the issues we just ignored because we don't trust a whole lot of people because all too often the problem doesn't ever get fixed and we just end up paying tons of money for nothing. We got ahold of David and he has fixed darn near every plumbing problem we've had. He gets the job done very well and we can trust him. Hesson is going to be the one we call if we ever have any issues going forward. We highly recommend him!
