Best Plumbing System in Columbus OH

When I really needed help and I had no idea what to do I called Plumbing and Drain Professionals... they talked me trough turning off the water and sent a plumber out to me faster than I expected. Same night my problem was no more. And they were nice enough to recommend a great company for the water removal. It's really is true... when you need a Professional don't settle for any less. Thanks again!!!

I want to say the first two experiences I had with them were excellent. The came in and diagnosed the problem correctly and gave a fair price. This last visit was ridiculous. We called, the person showed up, and diagnosed a repair that wasn't needed. I told him what needed to be done, then he gave me an estimate for the job. So far the work he did is holding, however when he was done, doubled the estimate price. Completely ridiculous. I called to talk with the general manager and left a voicemail. No response. I would advise to read all the reviews before making a decision.

I used this company one time. The actual repair service was acceptable however they then put me on some sort of email list that I cannot get off of. I now get service contracts and requests for payment for places I don’t even live at and survey requests for services that I never had. I have asked numerous times to be taken off this list and have never gotten a reply. It’s incredibly unprofessional and stupidly annoying. I would suggest not using this business. There are plenty of other companies just as good that are more professionally run.

I have been using Fritz Baumann & Sons since 2002 and will continue to use that company for all my plumbing needs. The company is reliable and dependable. You should use them too.

My 16 year old hot water heater went out. Completely. I called Apex Plumbing on Saturday morning at 10:45am to see how quickly I was able to get a new instillation (wife and daughter in house and had not showered yet that day… they weren’t happy). I kid you not, at exactly 2pm Rob Bruce with Apex was packing up his tools to leave after finishing installing my 50 gallon heater. Rob was super friendly, knowledgeable, and he did a great job. 3 hours from initial phone call to finished job. On a Saturday! Totally satisfied customer right here. Thanks Rob! And thanks Apex Plumbing.

I have lived in my house for 20+ years and this was the first time I needed plumbing services. I was having 2 issues requiring attention. My main sewer line had a leak near the clean out and a toilet supply line was leaking through the floor into my basement.I called for an appointment and someone was sent out to give me an estimate the same day. With the current Covid-19 situation, I was worried about having someone come to my house. Damon, my service provider, arrived well protected. He wore a mask and gloves and put shoe covers on before coming into my house. Damon was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what repairs I needed, gave me a cost estimate and was very flexible with scheduling my service. I asked and received a much appreciated discount for being a front line health care worker.My work was completed by Damon 2 days later. He is an experienced provider and was very conscientious and efficient in completing the job. I am most happy with the work that was done and will be calling ARS and asking for Damon for any future work I need.

Mr. Rooter was recommended by a good neighbor who also used their services. Tech was very professional and friendly. He not only cleared the drain, but also mad a minor repair to a drain pipe the previous house owner had incorrectly installed.

Quick response, showed up on time and seemed to do good work. The only reason I had to take a couple of stars off the review was lack of response after the service call. I paid in full at the time of service and was promised a receipt via email. After 3 weeks and no response, I made four requests (via email and voice mail) for the receipt before I gave up. That doesn't leave me very optimistic about any response in case there are issues with the work. Fortunately it was a relatively small job but I'm pretty hesitant about hiring him for larger work.

First off Rick advertises himself as a 24/7 service which is not true. He will come out and inspect the problem within 24 hours yes, but he’ll charge you a deposit, set up an appointment to come repair at a later date, then never show up or call. He never showed up the day he scheduled himself to come repair!! I’ve tried contacting him for the last three days and have yet to hear from him. His phone just keeps going directly to voicemail. He did email an invoice in which the math did not make sense or add up. He put on the invoice that I still owe him a deposit when I paid it the day he was here. The pictures reflect what he left my ceiling looking like when he ripped it away to get to the pipes that needed repaired. He is just extremely unprofessional and would not recommend him to anyone. Please steer clear!!!

Dale came out to assess a problem I was having with a hot water heater.

He went ahead and gave me several options that would fix the problem to ensure I could pick what best fit my budget.

After careful consideration, I decided to fully replace my hot water heater. Dale and the gentleman who came installed it all within the space of a few hours, cleaned up after themselves. The were friendly, arrived on time and did an excellent job. It's so great to have hot water again! I couldn't recommend them enough.

I have been a customer of Accurate Plumbing for over 10 years. Each time I move to a new house I keep them as my plumber. They have always been great to work with. I have called them numerous times in a panic. Every time they have replaced or repaired the faulty item. They have replaced my faucets, hot water tanks and toilets. They are a very honest company!! They also employ the best plumber in town, Mike. Mike is do knowledgeable that other plumbers ask his opinion. You definitely can’t go wrong using Accurate Plumbing.

Tom and D.J. from Plumbing One LLC installed 2 new toilets and removed the old ones. Their work was done very efficiently and professionally. I did not have to worry about a thing! They picked up the new toilets at the hardware store for me as well. The new toilets were installed perfectly and I am pleased with the result.
I have used Plumbing One in the past, and have always found their plumbers to be knowledgeable and experts in their trade, as were Tom and D.J. They work really hard to please the customer. Alicia and Donna at the office are very helpful in scheduling and coordinating the work. I definitely plan to use Plumbing One LLC for future plumbing needs in my Canal Winchester home.
