I was very impressed with Moose (Daniel), he was very informative and took his time explaining things to me. Not only were they great on value but price as well. I highly recommend them.

Affordable and effective

We called for service and turn around time was excellent! Joshua our tech #3643 was amazing. He explained what he was doing and made us feel at ease that he would get the job done. He went above and beyond to make sure that our floors, carpet and cabinets were protected while working. This was no easy job for him but he never complained one time. I would recommend this fellow to anyone needing assistance. Job well done. He had to snake the drain from multiple spots but he did not give up until it was done! His professionalism was truly noticed and i hope all your employees are as as great as he is!

Ryan was the tech that came in and fixed my air conditioner unit that was on the blink for a week. Ryan diagnosed and repaired the problem in fifteen minutes flat. Will recommend The waterworks to anyone out there who needs an experienced tech to solve your hvac needs!

Cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the service they provided. They removed a leaky saddle valve that was for our humidifier and put in a 'real' valve. They also did the plumbing for the natural gas pipes for our home generator. Very courteous,, professional. Sean and Jake were the best .. they will be the ones we call for any of our plumbing needs.

Dan and his assistant (whose name I have forgotten) were very personable and very professional. The work was done quickly. They even looked at a jammed garbage disposal for me at no extra charge. Extremely satisfied. Would definitely use again. Highly recommended.

Brandin (and James) were prompt and professional and explained everything that would be taking place including the need to access the outdoor spikets via need to cut drywall. Faucets were replaced, new pipe placed and all work well now. EXCEPT...
**** 1 - they didnt bother to reconnect my outdoor hoses. Now I'm dealing with trying to get my current setups reconnected & so far to no avail
2 - Having not been familiar with plumbing prices the price seemed higher than had been suggested by a private contractor who recommended Roto Rooter.
3 - Left drywall and remnants of their work on the floor where they made cuts i.e. didn't clean up after themselves. Also they didn't clean up after themselves. Having two outdoor faucets replaced cost $900

Had an issue with a clogged line from the sump and gutters to the street. The company was quick to respond and the service tech was very knowledgeable. The price was pretty high for a 20 minute job in my opinion. But the value may be good if I don't have to have the line cleared for another 5 years or so. There were a lot of tree root mats and I was surprised at the amount of shingle granules flushed out. To date, we haven't had enough rain to evaluate the work and I'll report back if there's a problem.

Both Brian and Ernie were great. They diagnosed and fixed the problems we had quickly and effectively. I would give this company 5 stars but they're never on time. Both visits in the past week were hours past our service window.

Rude

If your problem involves ANYTHING more than a drain, get a real plumber instead. I called them in to look at a leak and next thing I know, they're trying to sell me a remodel on the entire bathroom. They even brought in their restoration team to try to milk my homeowners insurance to pay for the remodel. On top of all that they charged $600 to do a recaulking job that had to be redone a few weeks later by someone else. Again, save a ton of money and get it right by calling a REAL PLUMBER. If a company sends a technician, send him back.I only clicked one star because the review wouldn't let me use zero or better yet, negative stars

Matt came out through my home warranty company to fix some water leak issues I had. He was very professional and actually went above and beyond what he was supposed to do to get them fixed. I've seen some bad reviews but people must understand, they can only do the work that's covered through warranty so you must read your warranty fine print. If your not willing to pay the extra of what's not covered then you cant expect them to just work for free for you. Matt fixed all my issues and didnt mind me breathing over his shoulder the whole time. He even went over some of my other plumbing I didnt include in the service report and let me know where I may eventually have issues and what I should change. Top notch if you ask me.

I would definitely recommend family and friends to use these services, worker was very polite, and more then helpful came almost immediately to access the situation and had it taken care off faster then I could make it to the bank and back!!! Thank you guys for all you help, great customer service !!!

We had a sewer backup on Christmas Day. They sent someone that evening who worked hard but couldn't clear the block. They came back the next day, even without their preferred equipment, which had broken, and worked and worked until they got it cleared. We had checked with other companies, who would not even attempt it because of the low temperatures. And then, they even helped clean up the mess. They deserve more than 5 stars!

Our water heater pilot light went out and wouldn't relight. We had an appointment with another company and they didn't show - Accurate Plumbing was booked but they squeezed us in AND showed up in the promised time frame. So so happy to have a hot water after a few days without!

Their whole team is amazing! They all worked so hard at fixing our issue and now everything is working great! They were all so friendly and answered any questions I had. One of the gentleman even brought my trash up for me, just to be nice! Hearts of gold and very skilled people, can’t ask for better! :)
