Tony was outstanding. He came on time and worked diligently until the job was done. We were really in a time crunch so his great work made all the difference on getting everything done on time. He was courteous and very knowledgeable with all my new appliances. He worked on toilet, dishwasher, stove, sink and refrigerator water lines to unhook all of them for a remodel in our home and then he hooked them back up the next day. I would highly recommend this plumbing service.

I had used Waterworks in the past to do some general plumbing repairs and was happy with the quality of the work. While not the cheapest (far from it) I found the work to be good. This instance was completely different! When my hot water heater broke, I called Water Works to install a new one.The technician came to my house and presented my options, I landed on a $1800 power vented water heater, which was not the lowest priced quote I recieved, but felt my past experience would be an indication of the quality this time around.When the tech showed up the next day, he informed me that he forgot that they would have to have to run an electric line to the new heater. How do you forget something like this?He said, they could run an extension cord to the unit and he assured me (after calling his boss) that it would be fine and pass inspection. When the inspector showed up he promptly failed the unit based on the poor electrical wiring.When I informed WW the unit had failed, their solution was to have me pay for an electrician to properly wire the unit and they would cover the re-inspection fee. An electrican will cost at least $300+.I assure you I will never do business with Waterworks again and encourage anyone considering their expensive services to think twice and have the work done by a real professional organization.

We had a sewer backup on Christmas Day. They sent someone that evening who worked hard but couldn't clear the block. They came back the next day, even without their preferred equipment, which had broken, and worked and worked until they got it cleared. We had checked with other companies, who would not even attempt it because of the low temperatures. And then, they even helped clean up the mess. They deserve more than 5 stars!

I had Jacob and Mark out this morning to fix a leak I had with a water filter tank. He fixed the problem quickly, cleaned up the area and they even gave us a senior discount. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and would not hesitate to use them again.

Your employees need to start paying attention to private tow-away zones in the Short North and Italian Village. Next time, the van will be towed.

It's hard to find good plumbers and it's also hard to find available plumbers -- let alone Gary is both! Gary was able to start work immediately after the estimate/evaluation took place, which is unlike other larger companies such as EcoPlumbers -- and he was also a quarter of the cost. Gary was a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

We called Eco-plumbers to remove our old gas range and install the new one. Their system for letting you know when they will arrive was very accurate and easy to understand. No waiting around for them to show up.

When the first plumber realized that he would need a second person to help him for this job, he immediately called and worked out another plumber to come out today.

Both of our plumbers, Hayder and Isaiah, were polite, amusing, professional, and very careful during the installation. After the stove was in, Hayder checked all around the it for any gas leaks and even went to the basement to check.

I feel confident that our gas stove is installed correctly. I also feel that my home and new appliance was treated the same as the 2 of them would treat their own homes.

Got my garbage disposal replaced after it went out and done quickly. After it was done I asked about a small but random leak I noticed in my basement which turned out to be my kitchen sink. Was able to get this repaired at the same time as my disposal at a fair price.

My water heater broke down and I contacted them online. They called me the next morning and installed a new water heater the same day. Woody did excellent work and was extremely friendly and professional. I was so impressed I had my aging sump pump replaced as well, which they did the next day. Highly recommended.
