This company has been in business a long time in Columbus! I appreciate that the sons and grandsons are still running it and doing the work themselves. An estimate was provided and the work scheduled to accommodate my needs. Blair was prompt and helpful answering my husband's questions. He replaced an old main water shutoff and removed old galvanized pipe. His work passed City inspection right away. We'll have Fritz Bauman Plumbing do work for us again.

They installed a new a/c system Matt was very helpful and it made chosing ARS to do the install very easy. The two young men that showed up the next morning was on time and very respectful and got the job done. After a drain backup in our basement, we got a couple of estimates for repair of the problem. Mr. Rooter was the more economical and workable option (no tearing up the basement floor!). Aaron, who described to us the process of descaling and hydro-jetting the main line, was very clear and forthright in his explanations. We knew what to expect and when. When the excavation descaling/hydro-jetting team came a few days later, they were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. We were satisfied that the job was done professionally and correctly. Thank you, Mr. Rooter!

Matt came out through my home warranty company to fix some water leak issues I had. He was very professional and actually went above and beyond what he was supposed to do to get them fixed. I've seen some bad reviews but people must understand, they can only do the work that's covered through warranty so you must read your warranty fine print. If your not willing to pay the extra of what's not covered then you cant expect them to just work for free for you. Matt fixed all my issues and didnt mind me breathing over his shoulder the whole time. He even went over some of my other plumbing I didnt include in the service report and let me know where I may eventually have issues and what I should change. Top notch if you ask me.

Nice guy came out to fix our clogged tub. Hair was removed and plumber went over ways to prevent issue in future.

Tim came out on short notice and fixed my shower cartridge after another company tried to “fix” it. The other company was going to try to bill me for more work than what was needed and I called these guys to come out and fix the problem after I told the other company to leave. Tim was very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him and his company if your looking for a quality repair and a reasonable price. Don’t make the mistake I did and just call him first.
