We noticed a water spot and soft drywall on the ceiling below the master shower on a Sunday morning. We quickly thought to ourselves, who can we call on a Sunday that can come immediately to identify and remedy the issue. Based on a previous experience with Rotor Rooter, I remembered they are available 24/7 and don't charge a higher rate for evenings and weekends. We gave them a call and a short while later Brian our service technician was out to review the issue. I was impressed with how quickly Brian identified the issue, it couldn't have been more than 30 seconds of looking around. Once he identified the issue he walked me through the next steps of what to expect, include cost and and estimated time. They were very professional, polite and considerate given the water leak and the damaged caused. Once the job was complete, Brian walked us through the action taken and made sure all of our questions were answered. It was a as painless of a process as possible given the circumstances.

The team at DrainMaster has exceeded my expectations! As a property manager, with our office combined handling 1,000 units, you can image our constant need for drain snaking, leaking pipes... you name it! I was using another company before and it was always a struggle with communication, their outdated billing system, never got any photos of work completed and the list goes on. Mr. Rooter may charge more than other crews, but they came when we needed them and worked till completion. Anybody else we tried couldn't fit us in for two or more weeks. When your sewer lines are failing, two weeks is not ideal.Will and all the Mr. Rooter employees who worked with us were professional, skilled, affable, respectful, and very hard workers. We couldn't be more pleased to a.) have our sewer issue resolved, b.) have had such a good result, and c.) were fortunate enough to have Will assigned to our work project. Diagnosing and fixing sewer issues is a dirty, labor intensive job but I'm thankful we were able to get help without delay; our crisis happened just before Thanksgiving, of course. Will carefully explained each step and answered every question. He worked tirelessly and with the utmost care. He cleaned up the work site when he was finished. I appreciate every detail. Give him a raise!! :)

Buyer BEWARE. These guys are bad news. Got their jetter stuck in the sewer main out on city of Columbus property. It happens I get it and I offered to pay to have it dug up. The owner continued to delay delay delay. Had to hire another company come dig up the majority of it while the owner of a sterling comitted to removing the rest of it. Over a year later now, part of its still in the city main ready to disrupt plumbing flow for an entire cit block. Unprofessional….recommend extreme caution with these guys!

I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for several years. Their office staff and experienced plumbers are always warm and friendly - and possess expertise. They go out of their way to make sure that the job is done right and the billing is fair. I even had the privilege of meeting the owner recently and he even took extra time to chat a few minutes and pet my very hyper pup. Lol. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing if you have a plumbing issue!

With parts, taxes, and the heater it came to $1141.00, and plumbers to help pick it up a city away and then carry it into our home for installation, they carried out the old heater after disconnecting it, then it took another quick trip to the store to pick-up more parts to reroute the pipes for the new heater, and then about an hour to install. It was an unusual job and an unusually large water heater. We had to go with a commercial size electric water heater to match our old one. The total time they spent from the moment he decided to go pick-up the heater to the point where the heater was cleaned up and installed was 4 hrs on a holiday. Labor for the emergency ran us up an additional $1720.00, but I believe it was a kindness given the emergency of the situation and our special needs household. Thank you again for your time and kind hearts.

They arrived timely. Fixed the problem quickly. They were professional and reasonably priced.

On his 1st visit he stopped the leak that was caused by previous plumber. That was above and beyond expectations. He then worked to set up to get the repair completed. Job was completed quickly and efficiently.
