Best Plumbing Issue in Columbus OH

Update: Owner called shortly after my review to discuss his reasoning behind his practice of charging for estimates. While I still do not agree with his reasoning, I am going to update (for now) to 4 stars. Further updates may be made after our scheduled appointment tomorrow.

Not sure of other aspects of this business but 120 dollars to come out for an estimate? No thank you. Called for an estimate for a french drain and was told I'd have to pay. Doesn't seem very smart when I've now lined up 3 other contractors with just as good reviews and they're all free.

I use drain masters on all of my plumbing needs. If I am in a pinch they will always call, and show up. They clean up any of their mess from work.

I agree with the price gauging. The first rep who was sent to me told me he only snakes the drain he doesn’t clean anything up and that’s all I get for $374.50. I sent him away. I called he company, you get a camera and a snake for $374.50 and free visits for a year if your problem reoccurs in that year.Well second rep came to my home, no call ahead again. This rep was here for over an hour and then tells me that he physically can’t get the bigger snake into my basement. I have double doors leading to my basement and only 3 steps to get down. But, because he couldn’t get it down there because it was too heavy and no other reps were available to come assist him, my only option was paying close to $700 for him to stick a hose in my drain. I am going to look elsewhere. This company needs to be investigated for sever price gauging. I can only imagine what the elderly are being tricked into.

After a drain backup in our basement, we got a couple of estimates for repair of the problem. Mr. Rooter was the more economical and workable option (no tearing up the basement floor!). Aaron, who described to us the process of descaling and hydro-jetting the main line, was very clear and forthright in his explanations. We knew what to expect and when. When the excavation descaling/hydro-jetting team came a few days later, they were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. We were satisfied that the job was done professionally and correctly. Thank you, Mr. Rooter!

Mark come out to my house and fully explained everything that I had an issue with. I was so empressed with his willingness to listen to my concerns my last plumber didn't do that! Kudos Mark I for one appreciate you!

We had an excellent experience with A Sterling Plumbing! We had a leaking kitchen faucet that ended up creating a big mess when the water turn-offs failed, and Louis was at our house within 3 hours to remedy the issue. We ended up having to purchase a new faucet, but within a few days Louis was back to install. He was even nice enough to take care of an additional problem we discovered (clogged bathroom sink) in the same visit! We will definitely use them again in the future when plumbing issues pop up.

These guys are awesome. Save yourself a hassle and go here first. Roto whoever or whatever other huge company will charge you an arm and a leg but Accurate Plumbing is fair, reasonable and amazingly efficient and friendly service. They have helped me out a few different times where they even got me in the same day which helped me out tremendously. Will always call them first.

Tom and JD were very professional and thorough. 3rd. time using Plumbing One and very pleased every time with the service people and the work the others provided in the past. Very reasonable pricing. Office staff very polite and knowledgeable.

Gary showed up on time. I explained the issue I was having. We agreed on a price and he got to work. After he finished we both agreed I needed a new toilet. He said he would go to home depot buy the toilet and I would just reimburse him for it. Here is where Gary earned 2 stars. Time to pay. Me Gary how much was the toilet? Gary $250 me OK can I have the receipt? Gary I'm writing it up me I need the home depot receipt Gary starts to get upset and states he owns the receipt because he used his credit card and that he had lost it. I state if you wanna get paid for the toilet I need to see the receipt. He finally produces an E- receipt . Cost of toilet $160 plus tax. During his rant he claimed he bought a 6 month warranty. That was also a lie. As a small business owner my self I know how valuable this reviews are..,Gary, I normally tip $50 on a bill like yours . Your greed now has you looking like a lier for everyone to see.

I had Old Hilliard Plumbing come repair a toilet and they did a great job! Anthony was wonderful!! Showed up right on time, was very professional and got the job done quickly. Definitely recommend!

When our old water heater started leaking I contacted Only water heaters to replace it. They sent out a technician within a couple of hours. He was through about explaining what needed to be done and did a very professional job of installing the new water heater. The service was very good and I would highly recommend them to anyone .

We never call anyone else. They've done three jobs for us and did them well. They're affordable and dependable. We HIGHLY recommend them.
