I had an emergency and a friendly, professional tech came out right away. I had called a couple of the larger plumbing companies first and they didn't have anyone they could send out for at least 24 hours. P & D Professionals are locally owned and operated and that makes a big difference - your business really matters to them.

The Waterworks are very friendly professionals and we have used them many times. Very fair pricing, good quality work, prompt and willing to explain options without a sales pitch. They will ALWAYS be our first call when the need is there.

Never returned my call

Cindy at the office was very understanding and arranged an appointment for the earliest possible visit. On a short notice I got an appointment for early the next day (Saturday!)! I received a call in the morning from Cindy to let me know the Technician was on the way. Technician Michael was on time, friendly and efficient. He explained what was causing the problem and resolved it right away. I would definitely call Apex Plumbing for services should I need help in the future.

My kitchen drain pipe was clogged. I called Saturday evening and was able to get a Sunday morning appointment. Nathan was friendly and professional. He showed up on time and fixed the problem without any issues. Thank you for the fast response and great service! Will definitely call them again for my plumbing issues.

Tenants put paper towel down toilet an backed up entire system. He got it an didn't take long.

Would give zero stars, but have to leave something. Attempted to have a quote performed for a few toilets and a urinal. Called exactly 10 times over a two and half month period and never received a call back, ever. Was repeatedly told I would get a phone call the next day which never came. The last few calls I placed I received from crudeness from whoever answered the phone, I'm assuming they recognized me, as I recognized their voice time and time again. All I wanted was a quote but they were unprofessional and wouldn't give me the time of day. Thanks for reading.

Logan was very professional and fixed my issue quickly, neatly and timely. The pipes under my sink disconnected and the basket under the non-disposal side of the sink had broken, probably just with age.

Just had SewerQuest out again, this time to snake out a slow kitchen drain running under the basement floor. TJ was fast and efficient, and fixed the problem. Another great job!

I had these folks in to check a root problem in my sewer line. They were great! Fast, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable about drains and drain issues. They were done in less than an hour, and took the time to educate me on my drain system, the problem they found, and the fix. I am definitely using them again!

Columbia Gas had to shut my gas off due to it leaking. Called All Lines Gas And Plumbing spoke to Mike who explained everything to me. He was prompt on his arrival time and had my gas turned back on same day. Excellent service and reasonably priced. Will use again.

Amazing service

Dave did an excellent job with our recent water pipe break and I would highly recommend him. He was very professional and answered all our questions.

BCI Mechanical was super easy to work with, flexible around my schedule and needs, and they did the work smarter and cheaper than other big name contractors that I had give me a quote on the work. They fixed a larger drain issue under my kitchen sink that had arisen recently.

There was a scheduling error (that worked out in my favor), but other than that, these guys were flawless to work with, and my tech Tony was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and was overly concerned with making sure the work was done right and how I expected it to be done. I'm glad to finally have a dependable, affordable solution here in Columbus that I can depend on, and I'll definitely be calling them back for more work.

We had a great rough-in crew come in and install our HVAC in our renovation however after a few months and several requests, we are still waiting for a rough inspection. Looks like we will need to find another company to finish the job they started.
