I had a really tough time finding professionals that would thoroughly made sure that the job was finished, but after working with Plumbing & Drain Professionals, it was apparent that I had made the right choice. They were very personable and quick during repair. I highly recommend them to anyone that's looking for affordable pricing that matches high quality and professionalism.

Waterworks for backflow testing is the best option. They call you to schedule, you can pay on account and the day of service is timely and polite. Nice job!

Steve Baumann came to my house to give me an estimate for rewiring my gas fireplace. I wanted my fireplace to turn on and off using a remote control because I was uncomfortable using the key and starting the pilot. Steve took the time to teach me how to start my fireplace. In fact, he gave me step by step instructions and stayed until I felt comfortable that I could do it on my own. I'm so thankful to Steve and I'm so thankful to God for putting Steve in my path. Christianity is alive & well.

I contacted Apex after reading their reviews on-line, and will tell you without a doubt they live up to the reviews. Our water heater started leaking on Sunday night, I left a message, received a call back on Monday 7am, contractor arrived by 9:30, issue resolved, new water heater installed by 1:30pm. Super Dave + Andy fantastic! Professional, prompt, answered by questions and did a great job. I would highly recommend Apex to anyone looking for Plumbing needs! Thank you Very Much!!!!

We had a time sensitive issue with a gas leak and shut off from Columbia Gas doing work in the area. Drain master was able to arrive ahead of the promised time frame and fix the problem within a reasonable amount of time. They were professional and courteous. They were more than fair regarding the charges for this service. We will definitely use them for any future situations regarding gas or plumbing. Highly recommend!

Kyle installed a new water heater. An excellent job removing the old heater and installing the new one. He did a nice clean, neat job in a short time. I would definitely recommend Kyle and Recuse Rooter for plumbing work as he is a very friendly, knowledgeable person that does excellent work!

I waited all day believing this company would arrive at the scheduled time of 4:30 pm. These guys did not call or even show up for the appointment that they rescheduled. I called to inquire about what happened and they instructed me to call another plumbing service. Finding another plumber so late in the day is not impossible, but it does create a challenge. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE BUMS!!

Found Water Heaters Now through Home Advisor. They were one of the first to respond the project. I explained that we were looking for an air source/heat pump water heater for a condo unit. Nate was very knowledgeable of this type of water heater. He made a recommendation and provided me additional information for reasearch. The unit he recommended is rated the best by a number of different sources on the internet
He then gave me a quote. I this quote with other bids that I received through Home Advisor. Water Heaters Now, was by far the best quote.

We scheduled a date for installation. No trip charge with installation. The installer, Jake, was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned up well after he was none.

We've done business with you for 15+ years, but no more. Our last transaction we were charged for a garbage disposal without giving prior approval for the repair. We called them to repair a leaky sink at our rental property. No call from them about needing to replace the disposal, which we were charged over $200 for something that we would pay $110 at Home Depot. AND, we already had a replacement disposal on site for emergencies. If they would have called, they could have used that one and saved us $200. When we called about the bill, we were told that they never call about the repair before doing it. We can't afford to do business this way. Good thing there wasn't a crack in the sink because who knows how much they would have charged to replace that...with no call. Very disappointing.

The last review from a William Reed is a ignorant as they come. He is giving a review of a business based on his opinion of a driver. He isn't even from the Columbus, Ohio area, nor did he ever use Plumbing Solutions for the service they even provide. If he had a legitimate concern about the way a employee was operating a company vehicle he would have first and foremost called the company and spoke with someone, especially if there was a safety issue. Second if it was that serious of a issue, he should have responded to the business that responded to his comment. However, he choose to ignore them. William is nothing more than a troll, look atbhis profile and all his other reviews. He is just looking for attention.

Replaced the main water line from the street through the house. Big job. Over ten hours of work. Showed up early and stayed until it was finished and the water was back on. Neat and very professional. Adam ran the crew. Highly recommend

I left an online inquiry the night my water heater went out. They responded first thing the next morning and were out the next day. Installation was quick and prices were slightly better than a competitor I shopped with. The guys who came out were friendly and kept the floor clean which is a plus for me. Will definitely be using them again (hopefully no time soon lol).
