Good inspection for the service but a bit too expenses for replacing what it needed replacing. I just left it alone until I can get other estimates.

I have worked with many electrical contractors in my career and Quality Electric is as the name implies. They are honest, reliable, and fair in their pricing. The crews we have worked with have been very tidy and professional. This is one top-notch company!

I wish I could give more than five stars. Jim was able to arrive early and fixed three issues in less than an hour. Very polite and professional. Explained everything he was doing very clearly. Very reasonable price for all of the work that he did.

I am very happy with the service I got! He came out the same day and fixed the problem and then a few days later I had a different issue and he came back out and fixed this problem as well. He is a very nice guy and explained a few things to me also! Very helpful and professional! I would definitely recommend this company!!!!!

Had some issues for 6 months, my internet and tv service was randomly going out for 6 months. Eventually they found that the ground wire was feeding back voltage into the ground wire, which melted my service cables, so I needed an electrician. And eventually led to my lights flickering and my washer and furnace having a hard time kicking on.

Called AEP and and after they looked over the issue with my meter told me that it was my responsibility. ( Beware any insurance does not cover meter repair for electricity).

Called a couple places and got the run around and most had secretaries that answered the phone and could not diagnose my problem or give a quote (not that I was expecting one over the phone).

Called Big City and David (owner/operator) answered my call and asked for pictures and gave me a quote on a Friday (over the phone) and sent someone out to repair my issues with in 2 hours.

Turns out after they showed my the problem my neutral cable had melted due to corrosive terminals in my power meter, which AEP had explained to me prior to them coming to fix the problem.

Good honest service and fair price. They were about $300 dollars cheaper than most others that did give me a ball park estimate.

Couldnt be happier besides a little shorter in the wallet. But with a 1 year warranty Im satisfied.

The best part is the quote you get is the price you'll pay, no extra hidden fees tax, extra parts, we need to come back, more hours etc. with other companies Ive had in the past with other home repairs.

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

I found Excel Electrical services searching for electricians in the Columbus area and decided to set up an appt to have a new kitchen light fixture installed and some dimmer switches installed. I have never hired an electrician before so this was a first for me.
It turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. Glen was professional, friendly, reasonable, and was a master in his craft. I will be hiring him again for future work for sure!!

My husband and I have used Bob from Arlington Electric on several occasions and have been very pleased with the service!

First we used him for a garbage disposal switch that sparked and had to be held up hard for the garbage disposal to be turned on. He fixed this, tested it for safety, and while he was at it, saw some outlets that should have been GFCI but were not so he went out, got the parts, and replaced those too!

Then we used him to route wires from our mounted tv through the wall so no wires would show. The in-wall pipes were PVC pips (not what you want to use in your wall, 90 degree turns in narror pipes don’t work). After we tried for HOURS unsuccessful, Bob was able to put together a contraption to vacuum a small plastic balloon attached to our wires to get the cords through!

We also used him to re-route electric lighting in our basement to a light switch so we didn’t have to walk through the dark, unfinished basement to turn on lights. And most recently he helped us check our main floor lights on dimmer switches to see if the dimmers were LED compatible and see if the affected lights were LED or not.

I have complete confidence in his abilities to take care of any electric needs quickly and safely. In a 100-year old house I needed someone that I could trust to not take short cuts or compromise on safety and that’s what I like best about Bob!

I felt more comfortable with Brad than I did with the other electricians I had bid my home. He wasn't the cheapest but I could tell he knew what he was talking about and he wasn't trying to sell me on things I didn't need. His men were professional as well. I didn't hear one swear word and there weren't cigarette butts in the yard like I've experienced with other contractors. Can't recommend him enough!

Wow! I called because of an outlet I fried and they were out within 2.5 hours. Jose and Edgar were super fast, polite, and they were courteous with keeping their shoes covered which is always something I really appreciate, especially in this gross weather! They were great. We will be looking to have new outlets added to our kitchen when we remodel, so I will certainly use them again!

The only feedback I have is, I got an alert they were 30 mins away. So I started heading back toward my house with about 10 minutes to spare before they’d arrive. It turned out, they’d already arrived but almost left because I couldn’t get them in! My husband was able to let them in thankfully and caught them as they almost got back to their van. This is nothing on the guys, in fact, being early is awesome and rare for service industry. More so, the problem seemed to be with their “tracking system.” It plotted them about 30 mins away the whole time so it just doesn’t seem to be working right. This won’t keep me from calling them again, their prices were very fair and the work was done well! :)

Used Accurate to restore power to my swimming pool pump. Very responsive and the tech were great. Minor problem after they left, but they came back and made everything right. Highly recommend!

RAPID RESPONSE and quickly found/fixed the issue I had with two bedrooms loosing outlet power after an AEP outage today. I called around 12 by 3 the problem was fixed! Very pleasant gentleman who took my call and even tried to help me do a quick fix check over the phone before dispatching the crew out. The crew came and found the problem/fixed.
ALL of this again in under THREE HOURS. That is service! THANKS!

My two experiences using this company have been outstanding from start to finish. Melinda who set up both appointments was very friendly and a real pleasure to deal with. Both technicians Jeff and Aaron were very experienced, knowledgeable and professional!!! It is nice to know there are still company's out there like this!!!
