I would like to take the time and say a big THANK YOU to John Mathews. My grandmother had just passed away and we were planning on having 50 people over after the funeral and of course our toilet stopped working. We called multiple plumbers and John was the only one to say he would come right away (he even apologized he wasn't in uniform) to help my family immediately. We were so appreciative of his kindness and willingness to help a family he did not even know during a tough time. We will make sure we always call John and if you are looking for a plumber he is your guy!

This is a small business, but small means to talk directly to the owner when there are questions. Steve spent the time to explain the job, to over things with old plumbing that could go wrong. and how they would charge for the work.
Plumber was Tim—34 years experience, friendly and would answer any questions as the job proceeded. When he got into a little bit of unexpected work, there was no complaints—he just competently worked his way through it.
Job was started as scheduled; I got a call from Baumann at 7:30 am when the City of Columbus was on its way to shut off the water at the curb , and I got a call when their plumber was on his way.
I bid the job with another company, and Baumann was more than competitive.
This company provides great service, and live people answer their phone.
This is a A+ company that deserves its 5 star rating.

Woke up to a major gas leak had to shut off gas. After 2 days of calling warranties and plumbers out my landlord was able to get apex out here. Chris Welch was the technician that responded. I informed him i had been without gas for 3 days and had a newborn in the house. He was honest saving my landlord $600 and got started as soon as he got the green light. He was very professional and and informative on the issues and what needed to be fixed. Highly recommend apex for any plumbing needs.

The technician who came to my residence did a good job, he cleared out the blockage on my drainage system and did a good job cleaning up. He also gave some good advice on how to use simple products to help prevent blockages in the future. Great company. Will use them again if I need to. Thank-you Drain Masters. Doug J.

Their service technician Devin was fast and friendly only took him 5 minutes to unclog our drain

We had a sewer backup on Christmas Day. They sent someone that evening who worked hard but couldn't clear the block. They came back the next day, even without their preferred equipment, which had broken, and worked and worked until they got it cleared. We had checked with other companies, who would not even attempt it because of the low temperatures. And then, they even helped clean up the mess. They deserve more than 5 stars!

I can not say enough great things about this company, in particular the owner Grant, since he’s the one who was recommended to us and did our work.

I had no idea what we needed or even where to start. Grant came out, did a plumbing inspection on our home, and brought all issues to our attention. He made recommendations and based on our conversations, we decided to start with bathroom repairs and upgrades. I asked Grant’s advice (and opinions) and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We decided on brushed nickel fixtures and he got me exactly what I requested. We could not be more pleased with the outcome!!

I also wanted to mention how impressed we were with the communication G-Tech Plumbing provided to us throughout this process. Confirmation texts were sent and we knew exactly when Grant would arrive due to the “on the way” text, as well. The online portal provided all of my information in an easy to access link. I was so impressed with how current and up to date this company was with their customer communication.

In conclusion, I just want to say that I’ve had a handyman provide plumbing work in the past and I can CLEARLY tell the difference between the quality of workmanship G-Tech Plumbing provided in comparison. We could not be happier with our bathroom repairs and upgrades and will definitely use this company again very soon.

Hired this company to create an exterior wall dryer vent. They came quickly after my call, were super professional and efficient in their quoting and price was reasonable relative to other outrageous ones I’d received.

When I called to schedule the service, they were able to send out the next day the same tech who did the quote. He was on time, did a good job, and cleaned up after himself.

I found Water Heaters Now! (WHN!) while searching for a high grade water heater over a weekend after having contacted a couple of other suppliers. The reviews for WHN! were good so I requested an estimate from them. I was contacted by Jon on a Sunday afternoon a few hours after I submitted my request. We discussed details of the water heater for about 1.5 hrs. I was impressed by Jon's response to my questions. The other suppliers I spoke with were less knowledgeable. I felt confident about the service I would receive from WHN! and placed an order with Jon for a new professional grade water heater. It was delivered and installed the next day. Jon also made sure that all the details of my extended warranty were provided. Jake and Aidan installed the new water heater and they too impressed me with their craftsmanship and assortment of high tech tools for the job.
During the transaction, I learned a lesson from a misunderstanding about a water heater part that I expected would be different from what I had received. The misunderstanding could have been avoided had we remembered to review the details of my order at the end of the long 1.5 hr discussion. Everything turned out fine. Both Jon and Jake responded with utmost professionalism. They immediately addressed the misunderstanding and corrected the situation. I am happy with the product and service I received and fully recommend WHN! to anyone who needs a water heater.

The service was so horrible, the service guy came to fix out sump pump issue and before leaving he said that the issue is fixed. But later the evening the issue came back and when called they said they come in the morning. By morning my basement is flooded......They claim to be open for 24 hrs but not really.... I could get hold of them by 8:30 AM and the same service guy comes back by 9:30. And he says he is not responsible and he was shouting at us and ran away before we asked any questions..... This is really Pathetic company.... I dont want to give even a single * but cant do that....

I would recommend this company to everyone they are cost-effective and quick same day service thanks to them we have hot water for Easter.

They arrived exactly when expected . The plumbers were knowledgeable and fixed my problem efficiently. Small issue if there is such a thing when it comes to water and I feel it was at reasonable price on such a short notice.

He always gets me scheduled in a timely manner and leaves me a happy customer once he leaves, everytime! I wouldn't spend my money with anyone else. TJ & Joe are great. We needed the main stack, bathroom and kitchen plumbing replaced. They completed the job timely. When checking their work, TJ discovered a basement drain was clogged and he cleared it too. Very affordable rates. I highly recommend SewerQuest!!

Worked with this company 3 times in the past year. They always give you a cable company estimate of time, some time in the afternoon, but give a 30 minute call ahead, which is much appreciated. The 1st time they gave the 30-min call ahead and showed up right on time. The 2nd time they gave the 30-min call ahead and showed up 45 min later (okay, no big deal). The 3rd time they gave the 30-min call ahead, showed up 15 minutes later, had to wait 15 min for our realtor to finish taking photos of the house, and charged us $80 extra for costing them extra time. When I questioned them on this it took 2 weeks to get a response, and the 2 weeks wait time ended with this explanationAs to not arriving until 45 minutes is because they were in traffic and it was an estimated time. So, in summary, it's perfectly acceptable for them to run late, but if they arrive early and aren't able to start immediately, expect for them to start adding on costs. Average quality work otherwise.
