When I really needed help and I had no idea what to do I called Plumbing and Drain Professionals... they talked me trough turning off the water and sent a plumber out to me faster than I expected. Same night my problem was no more. And they were nice enough to recommend a great company for the water removal. It's really is true... when you need a Professional don't settle for any less. I currently live in one of the absolute worst apartment complexes ever, where it’s nothing but a constant battle to have anything repaired by my apartment’s “maintenance” team.
For a month now my bathroom sink has been backing up and clogging, with absolutely no assistance from my rental agency.
I decided to outreach to a real professional in hopes it would resolve my issues. Brandin did just that and did an amazing job. He explained everything to me in great detail and made sure to provide me tips on how to prevent this from happening again until I’m able to move into a better home. We noticed a problem on a Friday morning in our master bathroom first the toilet wouldn't flush and then we had stuff coming up through the pipes Into the bath tub and then the shower. We had a few different guys out to assess the situation. They tried the snake, auger and nothing worked, at that time it would've done no good to try with the camera.There was mention of cutting our living room ceiling to replace the pipes or flushing out the pipes. I can tell you we were not liking those options. So we waited till Monday morning when a gentleman by the name of John Milburn came out, at that time he was able to get his camera down the pipe and get it unclogged. He saved us a lot of money because everyone else was talking the two options above.Thank you again John. We would definitely use this company again..

These two very knowledgeable techs came out to the house. They recognized that a special-order plumbing fixture needed to be ordered.
Mr. Alvin, and Taylor were very polite...wore masks and shoe covers....
For, the time being, they simply charged a modest Service Call.

We had a leak in an upstairs bathroom that come through the kitchen ceiling. The first company we contacted was a week out on appointments. When they did come out they didn't have the parts and then didn't come back when they said they would. We contacted Hesson plumbing who came that day and fixed it that day. He also left his tool box when having to leave for parts to reassure me that they would indeed come back and fix it. They have a customer for life and my recommendation to anyone who needs a plumber.

They were professional and took care of my clogged pipes quickly.

Calhoun Plumbing came out last week as my main sewer line was clogged, They said they fixed the clog but it was backed up again after 6 days. The city was out doing line work and when I told them my line was backed up they ran a camera and said I have roots blocking my line. I called Calhoun and they then recommended I do a $550 service. I asked why they didn't do this last week and they advised they wouldn't have known what the issue was at the time (isn't that why I called them?). I asked for a credit of the $170 I paid last week to be applied to the new service and they said that work wasn't warranted. I took my business to Drainbusters and they did an excellent job same day. I'll be using them going forward.
