Courtney does a great job with scheduling our work, and contacting us about that work.Mat, is a very knowledgeable plumber. He knows what he is speaking about, and answers all questions in a easy to understand way. Great people and great work!

Billy and Chris arrived at my house with in the hour of my initial call. They came prepared with shoe covers and they were very pleasant and courteous. Very friendly. I was thankful to have the come out on Christmas Eve my bathroom sink had a small leak that ended up with water all over the place, when the shut off valve failed to work. I was very distraught so very close to Christmas. I was so very glad to see them. There price was fair and there work is very professional. My furnance went out on Sunday and I had another provider come out and tell me I needed an entire new one. I quickly scrambled and called Carpenter for a second opion - they came out within an hour and fixed my furnace for a fraction of what a new one would cost.

They were quick to get me scheduled and upon arrival we showed him the issue and an hour later he let me know he fished. Did a quick walk through of work done and done. Very pleasant exp.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about D&L plumbing. We had our sump pump die in a rainstorm and our basement began to flood. They had someone respond quickly and before a couple hours had passed we had a new, functioning sump pump that saved our basement from more water damage. These folks are very professional, helpful, informative, and fair. I could not recommend them more.

Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.

What does it say about a business when you phone twice and they don't bother to return your calls? If they can't handle the basics why should I trust them for anything else?

Used this plumber for a shower leak because of the wonderful reviews on here. Wanted to share ours so you're not disappointed like me. I'll start by daying the technician was super nice and (i think) fixed the problem but I'm in disbelief how he left my home. I knew I'd have holes to repair that's a given. These are huge! He didn't even start smaller to see if he could access the pipes he just cut huge holes. He just wanted to get the job done quick and leave. But it's not even that. He didn't move my kids step stool and cut right over it leaving it a mess. He used my bathroom trash can for his trash & drywall and did not take it. He came to get our paper towels to wipe some water and didn't shop vac all the shavings. Scheduled in advance was not a emergency call window was 11-1 came at 315 ( did call at 3 to say on his way) gone in a half an hour and charged almost $400 to fix a fault valve. Just expect a mess afterwards! I knew I'd have to clean afterwards but the bulk really should have been shop vac-ed and taken with for discard. Also didn't wear shoe covers on my freshly cleaned white carpet.

Zach was very polite. He did a great job installing out new garbage disposal! We have had problems with the scheduling with Lowes, but Zach was very accommodating in still making sure to get the installation done!! Thank you!!

Never fun to wake up to water in the basement. Chris was able to replace my sump pump within a few hours, allowing my basement to drain properly. In addition, I now have a battery back-up in the event of an outage.

Bad business. paid them to unclog main line, they broke it. they still charged is and gave estimate to repair their damage, we agreed and set appointment, they never showed and will not answer phone. We're out the money and still have a damaged line. Contacted the prosecutor's office and they said someone else had filed suit against this person the day before and ours will be held until the other case gets moving. I do not recommend!

Could not unclog a kitchen drain. No tools. No gloves. Left a huge mess and made clog worse.
