Best Install Heating System in Columbus OH

We needed a bathroom exhaust fan installed. The technician completed the work quickly, but the quality was only OK. He cut the hole in the ceiling too large and you can see small gaps around the fan. Also, he put a hole in our drywall when he was installing the new power switch. They offered to either give us a small credit for what it would cost us to buy the materials to fix it ourselves, or they could have someone come out and fix the hole. I have never patched drywall, so we chose to have them fix the hole. They said they would call us immediately to set up a time. Three weeks later, no call. We finally decided to just patch it ourselves. We called and asked them for the refund they had offered. They gave us the refund. All in all, they didn't seem overly concerned that one of their technicians had put a hole in our wall. After their failure to follow through on what they promised us, I would have thought they would have offered something in addition to the initial refund they offered, but no. I doubt I would use their services again.

It was truly a pleasure having Mathew Piemonte fix our electric issues. He was nothing short of a the epitome of professionalism. He was kind and extremely knowledgeable. He also wore all the appropriate covid protective material which I appreciated due to having a pregnant wife in the house working from home. I will never have another electrician work on my house besides MATHEW because he was so impressive. I also enjoyed speaking with both Crystal and Ashley on the phone. They were both very professional and upbeat. They both clearly enjoy their jobs and you could hear it through the phone. I also had some great laughs speaking with Crystal. Lovely ladies and an exceptional electrician in regard to Mathew. Thank you guys so very much!

I called Steven when my A/c Unit wasn’t turning on. It was 90 degrees that day so it was very urgent. He was there within two hours. He explained to me what he would be looking for and assured me it would be fixed in a timely manner. It took him about 15 minutes to trouble shoot my AC unit and my newly installed Nest system. He discovered it was a blown fuse and quickly replaced it. I know nothing about AC systems and Steven could have easily told me there was a major issue and charged me a lot of money to “fix” the problem. Instead he was honest. I really appreciate it and I would recommend his service to anyone. That’s God for people like Steven who do honest work!!!!!

I would highly recommend this company. Nick and Ashton did a fantastic job. I am extremely impressed with the courteous and prompt service. I will be calling with all of my future HVAC needs.

Jesse workmanship is amazing. He goes above and beyond, he is direct and clear in his services and he dedicated to his job. Fair and clear in his work, i would recommend jesse any day any time.

Just about got rear ended by an aggressive driver from this company who was making hand gestures and being an impatient jackass, because I slowed down for some rough uneven railroad tracks. I’ll be calling them to file a complaint.

I would give 0 stars if i could. Had them add a breaker and run a line to add a/c to my home, they used a used 20 year old breaker that was crooked and did not fit and then left bare wire outside. I haf to point out the problems so they could be fixed. She was supposed to do an inspection on the outlets and lied and said she did when all she did was sit at the kitchen table while i was outside for 2 minutes came back in she said she was done, i knew of one problem with a light switch and asked her what she thought about it and she had to ask me what was wrong with it(obviously no inspection was done) then tryed to charge me 100 for an inspection. Then after they left she cursed me and said she was going to sue me, just like i see on here that she is going to sue a few more people lol. Every aspect of my experience was horrible and very unprofessional. The vans are so beat up and dirty and have bugs and smell like noone has showered in months, i do not recommend this company for anything nor would I trust any of the work they do, they should be shut down, the people that she has working for her are absolutely not certified, she told me herself. Trust all the bad reviews on here and go with someone else.
