Best Gas Lines in Columbus OH

Waterworks' business practices have changed. They are no longer a reputable, trust-worthy company. We have been a customer for four years but now we will never use their service again. After their technician arrived and talked on the phone for 30 minutes, Waterworks decided not to honor their own one year warranty and to charge us for this service call. We just had service in January but they refused to honor their own one year warranty. Unacceptable! Beware of their warranty, it may not actually exist but of course you only find that out when the technician arrives and decides to come inside. Extremely disappointing!

This company has been in business a long time in Columbus! I appreciate that the sons and grandsons are still running it and doing the work themselves. An estimate was provided and the work scheduled to accommodate my needs. Blair was prompt and helpful answering my husband's questions. He replaced an old main water shutoff and removed old galvanized pipe. His work passed City inspection right away. We'll have Fritz Bauman Plumbing do work for us again.

Blake was the best. He was so friendly and professional at the same time. He went above and beyond to fix my bathroom faucet. He is a keeper. I will recommend and use this company in the future.

First of all I own a business and I know what it takes to supply quality service to customers . Phill and his crew were on time and did a high quality install ,they were very respectful to the work area. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. Even went above what they said and planted my grass seed for me , that was a blessing because I just had a total knee replacement .
I wish there were more contractors like them.
I will recommend them to everyone, they will be the only guys I call in the future. Thanks again Phill.

Don't fall for this, it's a scam they will take your deposit money and run away! They use different adresses to mislead and write different goods reviews to trick you.

Plumbing One was beyond helpful. From Ben taking the first call and easing my stress to Jess and the other plumber (I did not catch the gentleman's name) who came in and performed excellent install. Professional from top to bottom and I highly recommend their work! 5/5, will call again for future plumbing needs.

Used BF plumbing to have a new water heater installed in my home. The scheduled time was a helpfully small window (2-4), they showed up early, were friendly, and worked pretty quickly. Cleaned up everything before they left and the quote that I got when I initially called was the exact price I was charged.

The only thing I will note is that when I called for the initial quote and when I called to schedule, I confirmed both times that the brand I would receive would be Rheem. They installed a Bradford White instead without notifying me of any changes. Not really a big deal but something to keep in mind for those who might have a strong preference for brand.

Reasonable price, excellent quality

I had Old Hilliard Plumbing come repair a toilet and they did a great job! Anthony was wonderful!! Showed up right on time, was very professional and got the job done quickly. Definitely recommend!

I had called these guys out because my water bill was over $400 last month. I was panicking and didn’t know where to start. They had a Technician named Grant out here that same day! He diagnosed my problem and while it wasn’t the cheapest, I am very happy with the work that was done and how quickly they were able to get this done for me. They had to dig outside and fix my leaking pipe. Very pleased with how everything turned out and I will only call them in the future!

Hit the jackpot with this company! Quote came in hundreds less than other competitors!!! My water heater was installed less than 24hrs after my quote was completed!! Highly recommended this company..

Told me I was wrong about what needed done and done something completely different than what I Said, which didn't work, then did what I requested done in the first place and 3 minutes later was done, but charged me for All of it.. then cleaned up using My daughters freaking bath towel.

Mr. James Bond came out and worked on my disposal in my sink, he was amazing! With everything that was wrong with it he had the whole job done in about an hour! He was courtious and professional. It was an awesome experience and would recommend this company!
