Angel from Apex Plumbing was friendly and knowledgeable. Communication prior to appointment arrival time was great. Replaced shower cartridge and handle to stop shower-head from leaking. Happy with service. My only complaint is pricing I thought was a little high but they are completely upfront with pricing prior to starting job. They give you a written estimate prior to starting job. I haven’t needed a plumber in a number of years so this could be standard pricing. I’m just out of touch. They did offer a veterans discount.

Referred by my sister Lashell. My bath tub was clogged up by my girlfriends messy hair. Technician was very professional and thorough.

We just had the best experience with Paul in Reynoldsburg, he was fast and saved us money by recommending the necessary fixes. We were able to take back the supplies that we originally thought we needed thanks to Paul's advice. Thank you Paul and Plumbing One!

We made an appointment to fix a bathtub faucet handle that had broken off. The two plumbers they said they did not have the part, would order it, and call us to set up an appointment once the part was received. Two weeks later, after not hearing from them, we called the office to inquire about the status and were were told it would be another two weeks for the part to arrive (1 month for a part????). Two weeks later, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing called us saying they had received the part, remember seeing it with your name on it, but can't find it anywhere. They' had to reorder it again. Finally, the part comes in and their fix was totally unacceptable. After waiting 1.5 months we now have one faucet handle that sits 1 inch higher than the other faucet handle. Won't pay them for this job! Won't call them again! Awful experience!

This local LGBTQ-friendly business is very attentive and making an appointment is quick and easy. They make it a point to keep communications active with respect to home arrival and post-repair concerns as well.

I called McDermott Plumbing for a second estimate on a new water heater after getting a bad feeling from a high pressure sales pitch from Atlas Butler for a new water heater. Mike was very professional when inspecting the unit and gave an honest assessment about the cost to repair vs cost to replace. I ultimately went with installing a new water heater and the cost was about $500 less than Atlas Butler. Mike did a great job explaining everything and cleaning up afterward and I would definitely call again!

Let me start by saying I couldn't find any reputable plumbing companies to show up for appointments or even return my calls even after having already talked to them. I'm talking multiple companies.
I hired G-Tech to install a backflow preventer (check valve)on my main sewer line to prevent future basement flooding from the city sewer line that had backed up into my basement 4 times in the last 2 years. Their pricing was extremely fair for the work involved and the 2 techs (Grant & Audie) arrived on time and worked tirelessly late into the night until the job was complete.
Their work involved jack hammering my basement floor open and digging down to access the main sewer line where they installed the check valve. They provided an overview of their work as the job progressed and after the job was complete they painstakingly cleaned all the surrounding areas so it was as clean as when they arrived.
The end result was much more than I expected. Their attention to detail and the cement finish work was beautiful. I would definitely recommend G-Tech to anyone looking for a reputable company that delivers exactly what they promise.

D&L Plumbing did a job for a rental property that backs up to our home and in doing so, tore down our fence and killed two of our trees without notifying us they would be working on our property to access underground sewer lines. When we finally tracked them down, they told us they would return in 30 days to grade, seed and repair the damage but it is now approaching 60 days and they have not returned. The owner will not return our calls and the eyesore you see in these photos is what our back yard has looked like for nearly 2 months. We are preparing to list our home for sale and are very displeased with the lack of response and resolution from D&L Plumbing. It sadly looks as though we will have to seek legal recourse to get anything done. The property owner, Carrie C McMillan, is related to the owner of D&L and when we call her to seek a resolution, she simply hangs up on us.

I had a new stove delivered, but needed a professional plumber to fix the gas hookup valve. I made the mistake of trying to call someone else first - that guy just never showed up and stopped returning my phone calls/texts. Yikes. Called Eco Plumbers and they saved the week. Couldn't get out for a couple of days (called on Saturday, they scheduled to send someone the following Tuesday), but they actually showed up (very good) and told me exactly what to expect. Hayder was the pro they sent out to help me - he worked quickly and was really good. Now I have a stove that works - very happy customer.
