I found this business through recommendations of neighbors on Nextdoor. Scheduling is easy and quick. Their price is also quite fair. The first technician that came out did not install the faucet properly so I had to call them back. Next day, a more experienced technician Mike came to fix the issue and it worked. I think overall it is a fine experience but just depends on who they sent to your place to work.

We couldn't be happier with Plumbing One's service today in fixing our hot water heater which the gas company had flagged due to a backdraft issue. Plumbers Tom and J.D. came right out and solved the problem knowledgeably and efficiently, and at a reasonable price. Got my garbage disposal replaced after it went out and done quickly. After it was done I asked about a small but random leak I noticed in my basement which turned out to be my kitchen sink. Was able to get this repaired at the same time as my disposal at a fair price.

Our water heater broke right before a holiday weekend. Water Heaters Plus sent out a technician right away to get our water back on and to order a new tank. The new tank has been installed, and everything is working nicely.

I had a gas leak that was detected. I was told by one company it was only one leak and it was actually three. It was quite the job to find the third and to repair them all. This company is honest, thorough and SOOOOO kind!! The price was beyond fair and I can't thank them enough for their assistance and generosity!! They touched my heart! ❤️
