Best Drain Lines Camera Inspection in Columbus OH

We had two technicians come out - the first one was sent completely unprepared for what we were requesting, and we had to wait an entire work day in hours for the next one (which is why I am only giving 4 stars), but when Joshua came out, he was absolutely fabulous. He explained everything well, worked quickly and efficiently, and was super nice. He walked us through costs and timeframe of other work we might need to get done, and made sure we knew exactly what he was doing.

The plumber that came to do the work was Adam Wallace he was very nice and courteous he answered all the questions I had about installing my new electric water heater. I was very happy with the service I received.

Fast and fair. Called them this morning to unclog our disposer. They were here within two hours and fixed the problem quickly. Only charged us for an express service call even though he had to take apart the plumbing under the sink to fix it. Very fair!!

Ive used Drainmaster few times on my older home. They always come through even in the bitter cold this winter, Charlie was out to Jet my line and clear the roots. They are quality and you can trust them. Don' call roto rooter or Mr Rooter or any of them- Ive made that mistake for you, too many times. Just call Drainmaster and rest easy , they will show up and will be prepared to handle whatever you throw at them.

Best thing I ever did !!! Super nice, super quick !!! Replaced my water heater and didn't charge me for any nonsense. 460 $$ for replacing my water heater I highly recommend this company. Please use them if you need decent work and a good straight forward price. :) will definitely be remembering them next time anything goes wrong.
