Best Drain Lines Camera Inspection in Columbus OH

Technicians were nice and friendly, however the work they provided was expensive and did not leave us feeling great about the final product. Our toilet flange was sitting up high so we called to have them lower it. They originally told us they would have to cut the some pipes and make some adjustment so our toilet didn’t rock and forth.Turns out they did not do that/didn’t have to do that, unclear. And just put in a new wax seal which we had already done. They said it was flush with the floor by doing this. They bought ~$33 worth of parts and called it fixed. After a $778 bill they told us the floor was not level so that’s why it now rests on the back of the toilet but there is a 1inch gap at the front of the toilet.All this and there was caulking all over the toilet and floor that we had to use our finger nails and razor blades to remove. Overall not impressed at the cost vs what we got out of this “repair”.Techs were awesome though and did give opinions on other plumbing jobs we are looking to have done.

He made suggestions and allowed me to decide without pressuring me. He gave me the confidence that he sincerely wanted to help me and tried to keep costs down as much as possible . If he didn’t have an answer for me, he found one. I seriously could not have asked for anyone else!!! He is a keeper!!!!! I called six plumbing businesses that said they are 24/7 in their advertisement. They all said we are 24/7 to answer phone calls not to work. Then called MrRooter. They said they would be there within 2 hours only to call me back after the 2 hours to say they were sorry they wouldn’t be able to come. By this time it is after 7 pm. Called RotoRooter. They said they would have someone to fix the plumbing but it would be a few hours. Emmanuel showed up and fixed the problem. Not only was he professional, he was knowledgeable regarding plumbing and was friendly. I will call them for all my plumbing needs!!

We called American Leak Detection after a Google search. We were impressed with the reviews and general comments. We had a leak in a half bath wall that I was unable to find. We called them at 8am and their technician was able to come the same day. After some high tech searching with an IR camera and compressed air, he found a small crack in a pvc supply line. He repaired the leak and was gone in under two hours. He gave us instructions on how long to wait before we have the drywall and flooring fixed. We’re very pleased with the experience with ALD. Best thing I ever did !!! Super nice, super quick !!! Replaced my water heater and didn't charge me for any nonsense. 460 $$ for replacing my water heater I highly recommend this company. Please use them if you need decent work and a good straight forward price. :) will definitely be remembering them next time anything goes wrong.
