Best Drain Camera Inspection in Columbus OH

Our washer broke down and poured water all over our second floor laundry. Our insurance company recommended Roto Rooter as a preferred vendor. They came out the very next day and a rechmicuan was great giving us the play by play on what will be taking place. After he left the service went down hill. I was told a plumber would come out and inspect the plumbing to ensure there were no other leaks. I took time off from work and cancelled meetings. Around five I received a call the plumber would not be coming and that I was rescheduled for the afternoon. I took the afternoon off and around four I get a call if I could reschedule and I said no cause we could not start the mitigation until the plumber signed off there was no other issues. The gentleman said ok and that a dispatcher would call me to advise when the plumber would be out. Several hours went by and by eight that evening I did never heard from the dispatcher or anyone from the company. I contacted the tech who originally helped me and he said that they could get a plumber out if I wanted but it was already 830 at night. The tech said his manager would call me in the morning. I never heard from the manager in the morning. I spoke to the tech and advised that we needed this remedied and he got the mitigation team out to start the clean up and a plumber eventually showed up. Still no call from the manager. I was told the manager was in a meeting. I was then told I could call him after three. I informed the tech if the manager cares about his customers he would call them. The manager never called. This will be the only time I use this company. Very disappointed in a company that is so well know.

Dan and his partner were fantastic. Came in and fixed my shower that I tried to do myself, which I completely screwed up. No hassle, quick to respond to the call. Will definitely be using Apex for all future plumbing, leaks, etc issues.

Mike and Kyle came to fix my “little” back up issue, well it turned out to be a lot bigger then anticipated. Mike took the time to explain everything to me to ensure I understood what was actually happening with the pipes. He was so knowledgeable and shared in a way I understood. I now know what Pulp in the pipes are..... but that’s another story. Both Mike and Kyle were friendly, efficient, and overall did a wonderful job for the work they were able to do, and I can not thank them enough.

The technician was fast to respond, professional and repaired our sump pump. Would highly recommend this service.

My ol' lady is always throwing whatever she wants down the darn disposal. She doesn't listen to me and clogged the son of a gun. Mister Bunders came along and did some magic. He didn't get rid of the wife, but man he got my disposal working better than ever. Recommend 10/10

Terrible service they don't want to work!!!

Very unprofessional, hard to get solid answers from, and even harder to get a hold of. They did the work 3-4 months ago, but when it came time for the plumbing work on the gas line to be inspected the inspector would not approve it since the work had been done under wrong kind of permit. Only found out this was the problem a few weeks ago from the plumbers too. Since then they will not call back, or respond to emails and still have not applied for the correct permit. I do not recommend them. Now we have to find a new plumber and hopefully they'll work on someone else's work or else we'll have to have all the work re done. It's been an awful experience.

Have been using them for years to do work. Available, punctual, and effective. I always contact them first, especially if it's an emergency. Their the best option. No doubt.

We were very pleased with the work that Michael and Efrem did for us. They worked hard and went above and beyond for us to get things right. Great personality and professional. We'll definitely use these men again in the future. Highly recommended.

The tech was very nice and fixed the leak in a timely manner and cleaned up very well from the mess that was made. Very good.

Mathew Druggan (tech 8927) was wonderful when drying out our basement. He worked very late the first night to remove our carpet padding to prevent worsening water damage. He explained everything to us in a way we understood and was professional and timely. Would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter because of him!

Unprofessional and lack of follow thru ignoring and returning calls once the Home Warranty claim was approved.

They did an excellent job of replacing my old cast iron drain lines. Very polite and professional. I recommend flush drains to all my friends and family.

MRC Plumbing did a GREAT job!!! The first tech that came out was unsure of my problem. I have well water & I know sometimes it takes a lot of diagnostics to find the problem. Of course it was a Friday & I was afraid I would go all weekend with no water. Without having water I was frustrated & upset. A team of 3 guys came out on Saturday & stayed all day to find & fix my problem. I REALLY appreciate all the hard work!! Thank you for being a company I can count on!!!!!
