Best Clogged Toilet in Columbus OH

Got to my home in 1/2 the estimated time and was fast with the service. Bobby G was the best and I will use their company again.

I called on Saturday afternoon and within an hour, they were at my property. The man looked over the problem, confirmed that I wanted it fixed and he cleared the clog, and gave a full detail of what he did. Then he followed the repair with pictures and a short video to assure me it was running clear. I was completely satisfied!! Call Mr Rooter! He’s my new plumber!

This is the worst experience ever. The plumber Matt will lie to the service warranty company to get your claim denied and RIP you off your service fee and never come back. They do nothing but change their company name to trick people into using them. Please be advised.

Found out the hard way (water all over my floor) that I had a drain issue while doing some laundry. Happened this past Sun. Mon morning I did a Google search for 'best plumbers in Reynoldsburg, Plumbing One had the best rating and great customer comments. Also looked them up on BBB website. They have an A+ rating! I called Mon morn and was set up with a Tues morn appointment. Tom came on time, introduced himself and then listened to me describe the issue I had. He got right to work and found the problem was from my washing machine drain line not draining properly. Turns out I had a very stubborn clog in the drain and a crazy 'older home' drain line set up so Tom had to use a few different methods to get the drain clear. He din't give up and really went the extra mile to be sure it was done right. Thank you soooo much Tom, I couldn't be more pleased with the service! Use Plumbing One (ask for Tom) you'll get the best!

I highly recommend this company. They came out on a Saturday evening and removed a root that was clogging our sewage system. They were fast, professional and courteous and Very reasonable on their fee. We will definitely use them in the future should the need arise!

the young man who replaced my garbage disposal was prompt, professional, & knowledgeable. my emergency was water pouring out the bottom of the disposal onto the floor. this was done on a Sunday. I was able to finish cooking my Sunday dinner & I am so thankful.

I had a washing machine pipe issue on New Years Eve. I called many plumbers and most were closed, didn't call me back or had extra fees for holiday service. A 3 Aces picked up immediately, was friendly in scheduling, came on New Years day and had great service. Mike was friendly and professional. He did everything he could to keep the costs down. I thought that Eddie was a very responsible and knowledgeable person! He helped me replace a ruptured pipe in my basement that could've caused some serious damage. I had several quotes and 1-Tom 1 wasn't highest and 2 wasn't filled with unrelated items that felt dishonest. I had John come out to my new home to handle several items; a garbage disposal installation, loose toilet, loose shower fitting and few odds and ends. He was prompt, professional, incredibly knowledgeable about his craft, and very honest in quotes and recommendations.

A few weeks later I needed a plumber to install a valve per the city. I, without hesitation, called 1-Tom again and asked for John.

The staff on the phone is incredibly polite and not pushy about services. Scheduling was easy too.

If I ever need a plumber again, I will immediately call 1-Tom.

Best Plumbing is truly the best! They have great customer service and always do great work. They installed all our plumbing in our new home. They have also been out to service our hot water tank and fix some toilets for us. I highly recommend them!
