Jason came out to work on our toilet that was clogged. He assessed the situation and felt a new toilet was in order. He went and got one ( American standard ) and installed it. He was very professional and pleasant. I would ask for him again if the need arises

Just called to get some information on product location and customer service was great.

We made an appointment to fix a bathtub faucet handle that had broken off. The two plumbers they said they did not have the part, would order it, and call us to set up an appointment once the part was received. Two weeks later, after not hearing from them, we called the office to inquire about the status and were were told it would be another two weeks for the part to arrive (1 month for a part????). Two weeks later, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing called us saying they had received the part, remember seeing it with your name on it, but can't find it anywhere. They' had to reorder it again. Finally, the part comes in and their fix was totally unacceptable. After waiting 1.5 months we now have one faucet handle that sits 1 inch higher than the other faucet handle. Won't pay them for this job! Won't call them again! Awful experience!

He completed the air conditioning maintenance and went a step further and looked into a problem I was experiencing with my furnace and actually fixed the issue right then. Very impressed. I had a gas leak that was detected. I was told by one company it was only one leak and it was actually three. It was quite the job to find the third and to repair them all. This company is honest, thorough and SOOOOO kind!! The price was beyond fair and I can't thank them enough for their assistance and generosity!! They touched my heart! ❤️
