Terrible experience. Booked services to have a bathtub clog cleared and to put the tub hardware back on (i.e. the drain cover). The techs that showed up were told it was an issue in the kitchen, not the bathroom. They spent 15 minutes on the tub but did not put any of the hardware back on because they were not told that was needed and didn't have the tools and it wasn't included in the price despite the fact they would have had to remove the hardware to unclog the tub if I hadn't already done it prior to their arrival. I was finally able to find the time to put it back together and used the shower for the first time and it is now leaking into the floor below, which never happened prior to service, so I'm unclear if they caused more damage until I can pay to have another company provide an assessment and estimate for replacement.

This company is great! My business has been using them for a while now. We had used other plumbing companies to fix the smell in our bathrooms and no one knew how to fix it. After trying to fix a sewer drain clog myself, I finally decided to call a plumber. Roto-Rooter was very quick to respond and correct the issue (I had a working drain line again 3 hours after calling). The technician was very professional and knowledgeable about possible follow-on steps to keep the drain clear as well as Roto-Rooter's warranty.

I needed a utility sink installed in the basement near my workshop. Fortunately, there was roughed in plumbing for a bathroom. Mike, from Gunther Plumbing, was on time, professional, and had the sink installed in no time. The cost was quite reasonable. I will never use another plumber again.

Excellent experience with Rooter Works replacing an old leaking hot water heater. They came same day and replaced it with a new one within a few hours of setting the arrangement with no emergency required. Best of all, our plumber Jim did an unbelievably high quality job, replacing some old lines and valves and bringing the system up to code. He was extremely professional and educated me on everything I needed to know before he cleaned up. Great experience, definately recommend.
