I had a cracked waste line in my basement that needed to be replaced. Tony did a great job assessing the pipe and giving me options in how to fix it. Terrible service they don't want to work!!!

We hired Benjamin Franklin due to the pretty solid reviews on google. And while I'm pleased to have a new toilet successfully installed and an existing one repaired, I'm less than impressed with the care taken while in our home.

1st Issue:
We opened the garage for them to enter and exit while they worked. At some point they decided to use the front door to enter and exit, which we had not unlocked or suggested they use. This is because we just repainted the front steps two days prior, and we didn't want anyone stepping on them.

2nd Issue:
It being a rainy afternoon I would have also expected for protective coverings to be worn on their work boots... so that additional mud/debris/feces wasn't tracked into our home, and they weren't worn.

3rd Issue:
The toilet we purchased ahead of time was sealed as I unsealed it after they got here... the parts they told us were missing were inside the box, so at this point I'm not sure if the newly installed toilet even has everything it needs.

4th Issue:
As they were leaving we checked the toilet that was repaired and attempted to flush it. It was clogged and I had to ask them to come back inside as they were already leaving.

All in all this wasn't a great experience by any measure. The quality of service and attention to detail was just not there. It's highly unlikely we'd choose to use this plumbing company in the future. We just spent the last two hours scouring the inside of our home and the freshly painted front steps to remove the mud/debris/feces that was left in their wake... Not to mention that we were advised at the last minute that it would be up to us to rid ourselves of the old toilet now sitting in our garage.

Terrible service took them hours to even call regarding an emergency call. Had issue reduced to a drip before he even came out. The new valve was put in backwards and faucet still was dripping. Company accused me of taking back apart the plumbers work once he had replaced the valve which is a total lie!!!!!!! Very rude on the phone as well.

This company is great! My business has been using them for a while now. We had used other plumbing companies to fix the smell in our bathrooms and no one knew how to fix it. Montana and some of his crew came to our business, said what was wrong immediately and fixed the issue. He is so nice, and professional. Along with the rest of the staff we have used through custom care. We were very pleased with Montana. Thank you very much.

The technician was very professional and informative throughout the process. I was not able to be at the property so he called and text me valueable information as the process progressed.

Quoted $415 to snake a kitchen line.Had another plumber do it for less then half the price.The other plumber completed the requested job in 20 minutes.Zero value here.

Fixed an indoor gasoline leak. Added a gasline shutoff valve and fixed some connections. Cleaned up well

Extremely pleased with the service I received. Jim installed my new water heater this week and I was so impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. In the process of installing the new unit he encountered a couple problems with my existing set up and made two separate trips to Home Depot to purchase parts and resolve the problem- no extra charge. So courteous and professional AND my new water heater works like a dream. I would absolutely recommend Rooter Works.
