I had a great experience with Roto Rooter. They came out and serviced an area they don’t normally service. They over communicated and we’re very timely. The job was completed over a couple of days and I couldn’t be more happy. They definitely saved the day.

The pressure valve started leaking on my hot water tank. I called Plumbing One and they were quick to assist! They were able to replace the valve in like 10 minutes! Did not over charge me or try to over sell me! Thank you so much!!

Amazing amazing service...... Where do I start?? We had went through very frigid subzero temperatures and as we are use to we dripped our water..... I woke up at 7am Friday Feb 1 after traveling 26 days to hearing gushing water under my house...... Quickly shut everything off and went to search for local plumbers...... I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because the reviews were great, the young lady that answered the phone told me she would have plumber call me.... Within a minute I received the call explained the situation and he advised and told me they would call to schedule me..... I called them to save the time and we set up for Monday at my request because we were single digits.....

I received a call back a couple hours later and they didn’t want us to go without so they squeezed us in for Saturday The Next Day!!!

Jeff was our amazing plumber that showed up to assess the situation and see if it was viable to fix that day. Having to make several trips to get the parts he had our water back on within a very short time and I cannot begin to say how quick, efficient, and thorough Jeff was!

In all honesty I don’t think you can go wrong with Ben Franklin plumbers in Grove city Ohio they were amazing thank you so much for saving us!!!

I would give zero stars if it were possible. First they came out in august to fix my pool leak, they said they found something and patched it. Then they wanted payment so we paid but they didn’t have anything to write a receipt but they said they’d mail it to me. They never did and then they tried to bill me again, luckily I had it on camera it being paid. Unfortunately my pool was still leaking so they had to come back out in October and when they tested they found no leak, so they charged me again. I closed my pool one day after and the pool is still leaking. I sent pictures that it has lost 4 inches in a week but I still owe them because they said the test results were good and they can’t be sure a leak formed after they left. Joke of a company that gets paid per attempt and not for doing a good job.

We needed a copper pipe fixed immediately and Mike at 3 Aces took care of it quickly, thoroughly, and cleaned up after his work was done. He did a great job and was wonderful to meet. Flush Drains always delivers great service. Very professional, reliable , and reasonably priced. He always gets me scheduled in a timely manner and leaves me a happy customer once he leaves, everytime! I wouldn't spend my money with anyone else. We are quite happy with their service. They didn't attempt to 'up sell' any services. They did the job that another firm didn't or couldn't do. (Drainbusters was the second company to come to our home and look at the problem). Their price was less than the one quoted on the phone. I would certainly use the firm again.

Worked with this company 3 times in the past year. They always give you a cable company estimate of time, some time in the afternoon, but give a 30 minute call ahead, which is much appreciated. The 1st time they gave the 30-min call ahead and showed up right on time. The 2nd time they gave the 30-min call ahead and showed up 45 min later (okay, no big deal). The 3rd time they gave the 30-min call ahead, showed up 15 minutes later, had to wait 15 min for our realtor to finish taking photos of the house, and charged us $80 extra for costing them extra time. When I questioned them on this it took 2 weeks to get a response, and the 2 weeks wait time ended with this explanationAs to not arriving until 45 minutes is because they were in traffic and it was an estimated time. So, in summary, it's perfectly acceptable for them to run late, but if they arrive early and aren't able to start immediately, expect for them to start adding on costs. Average quality work otherwise.
