We had a leak inside a wall. My wife’s worst fear is water damage, so she was not doing well. The folks at Rotorooter were very professional and helpful. They called with updates, fixed our issue the same day on a weekend, and were all friendly and competent people. I cannot recommend them strongly enough. We have had them do other work too and they always do a great job. Writing this review was literally the least I could do to thank them.

Waterworks everytime we have used them are phenomenal, professional, friendly, honest, and explain what they are fixing and what was wrong. Thanks to the two techs they sent I now have hot water restored.

Charlie, went above and beyond. We spoke to the warranty company who told us we could replace the water valve for free or get a new water heater installed for $500.00. We were still in the hospital after delivering our daughter so we chose the free option because of the already astronomical cost for having a child. Charlie took the time to call us and to explain why it was a much better choice to replace the water heater for $500.00 instead. Our current water heater was about 9 years old and had already outlived it's estimated life expectancy. If we got the valve replaced and anything else went wrong with it there would be no warranty coverage left for this calendar year to repair it. The new water heater, was a significantly better product, came with a 6 year warranty, and replacement parts are readily available. Parts for our old water heater would have taken more than a week to get. He answered ALL of our questions and we confidently and happily chose the new water heater. Our new water heater was installed 2 days later. The technician was friendly, professional, and efficient. He did an excellent job. We are very happy. Thank you so much. Don’t overbook yourself. I scheduled a “technician” to come to my house Thursday night between 5 pm and 7 pm. They were not here by 7 and the dispatcher was not sure when they would be able to come to my house. No problem, I said. I get it, things get busy. I rescheduled for Saturday afternoon between 12 and 2 and was told that I would be made a priority because of a need to reschedule. Great, I though. I appreciate that.2 pm Saturday rolled around, and the dispatcher again said that they were not sure when they would be able to make it to my house. I told them to cancel the appointment altogether.If you can’t keep an appointment, I don’t even want to see what your quality of electrical work is like. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I talked with Matt from Accurate yesterday. Since he doesn't have a jetter yet, he told me that cleaning out the drain might not get it all, and it would cost me more money if I'd have to get someone different to come jet it yet. I appreciate his honesty, and would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

Plumbing One is the only place that we call for plumbing assistance! Prior to finding them, we had other plumbers tell us that they could not do the type of work that we were requesting. Thankfully, we found Plumbing One, and they have been more than helpful every time we have needed them. They have great plumbers who do excellent work at reasonable prices. We highly recommend this business.

Lowes got them to bring out/install our new water heater due to our old water heater leaking. We couldn't immediately find the water main, the home owner thought the washing machine turn off was the main, but we called someone else who knew where it was. Guy wouldn't wait and left after about 5 minutes while we were calling older tenants. About ten minutes after he left I texted and told him we found the main and asked him to bring the water heater back. He said he already turned it in and was on to the next job. Closest lowes is 15 minutes away. Called the main office and got no answer. Next business day I called Lowes and they called the people and they said that they couldn't install it because of the water from the leaking water heater and other stuff in the way, so I went down to see if I was missing stuff. I was, so I understood that, but they couldn't install it because of leaking water. A water heater. Was told to call back once we had the water cleaned up, which we obviously couldn't do unless we turned off water to the whole house for who knows how many days. Money got returned two days later by Lowes, which just sent us into further confusion. My niece called them back today to see what had happened, and what we'd have to do to fix it. Apparently the guy who came out was taking pictures inside our house without our knowledge and sent them back to his office. I already felt cheated, since we paid almost 700 dollars to get this water heater delivered and installed and after a week we got our money back instead, but to find out he was taking pictures in our house without our knowledge is unforgivable. Now, instead of having the new water heater we already ordered, paid for and waited for, I get to go back to Lowes and order a new one and hope I don't end out feeling violated by the next group they send out, which I will beg not to be them.

I had a great experience. They unclogged our sewer drain pipe in a short time at a reasonable price.

Never fun to wake up to water in the basement. Chris was able to replace my sump pump within a few hours, allowing my basement to drain properly. In addition, I now have a battery back-up in the event of an outage.
