I couldn’t be happier with the quality and professionalism of this company! Scheduling my estimate for a new water tank was quick and easy, and our technician Guss was beyond amazing. He helped us to understand our options for different sizes/ types of water tanks, and once we decided our installation was able to be completed that same morning! Pricing was very reasonable, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a smoother home installation. We will go back to Apex and Guss for all our future plumbing projects!

I met with Service Tech Brandin and Excavation Field Supervisor Travis. Both thoroughly explained the situation and work to be performed, and were able to answer all of my questions. They were upfront about pricing, only charged for the work that could be completed today, and were able to promptly schedule everything else. So far, this company has provided much better service and more reasonable estimates than the companies I have worked with in the past. I look forward to having this work completed and will update my review at that time.

Nick came to do what I thought was to be a simple gas line install for a gas stove. It turned out to need a complex install going back and forth through several walls. He provided a quote and a time to schedule the job for the next day. He and his colleague were very professional. In the end, I decided not to do the install, so I can't evaluate their work, but the interaction with them was excellent.

Water line was leaking in my bathroom, under the floor. They were professional, on time, fixed the leak and even installed my vanity at no extra charge. Highly recommend, great service!

It is so hard these days to find someone to come out and fix a problem. When you do, it's an arm and leg to pay for. I called All Lines Gas and Plumbing with a gas heater problem. The heater was old, needed the parts and the city was on me to get it fixed before it got colder. Michael with all Lines Gas and Plumbing came out with no hesitation, fixed my problem in a timely matter and charged a reasonable price. I will use this company for all my plumbing issues here on out.

We use WCS for annual service of our HVAC. This week in prep for the coming winter, Shane spent over 2 hours doing a thorough inspection, cleaning and calibration of our 2 furnaces. He was super focused on making sure we understood what he did and any options we might have for improving our systems. Friendly, thorough, professional and safe. I recommend the annual service membership; for $199/yr its worth every penny.
