Best Water Service Line Replacement in Columbus OH

Kitchen sink was filling up with water due to a clogged mainline in our building. Resident manager scheduled G-Tech Plumbing at 4 PM and they were here within an hour! They sent a text with the arrival time and the technicians picture, nice touch!

Shoutout to Audie! Friendly and professional service. Diagnosed the problem and took the time to check the other units. Great attention to detail.. wore shoe covers, cleaned the work space, and made sure the work fixed the issue.

Great service. Our sales/technician Nicole fantastic. She was friendly and knowledgeable. It was easy to schedule a quote and install. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, and provided an overview of what they did. Great pricing on top of it all. They guarantee their work and were quick to respond when we sprung a leak from a faulty pipe. My one recommendation would be to further educate the on-call company to provide better communication and updates. I did have to reach out a few times to get updates. I will be reaching out in the future for any additional HCPE needs.

Jay (Charles) Wells really helped us out with our issue tonight. He was called by our project lead (Matt, who has also been great) to scope our pipes in hopes of finding the source of our water leak. Not only did he take the time to scope all of our pipes but he also spent a little extra time critically evaluating the situation. He was able to identify the source of the problem through this, which will significantly help us expedite the process of fixing our home! We sincerely appreciate his knowledge and diligence. We'll certainly be using Roto Rooter again for any plumbing or water clean-up issues. We are quite happy with their service. They didn't attempt to 'up sell' any services. They did the job that another firm didn't or couldn't do. (Drainbusters was the second company to come to our home and look at the problem). Their price was less than the one quoted on the phone. I would certainly use the firm again.

They may not be the cheapest on the market but they have excellent customer service. Replaced our tankless water heater. They found several leaks in the walls and repaired those, without charging extra!

Eddie responded quickly to my call and left a message at both my phone numbers. I returned his call, and we set up an appointment after going over my issue with my toilet. Later he called to confirm the appointment, and he arrived right on time on the day of the appointment. I was very pleased with his professionalism, honesty, and quality of work. Eddie explained my choices along with the risks of each choice. I chose to have him fix the toilet rather than replace it. He stayed well into the evening to get the job done right then, which I appreciate. He also taught me facts about plumbing in my home. I will be calling him again for any future plumbing or gas needs.

Very knowledgeable. Thankful for their expertise after another company's plumber told me he had to replace the entire water heater as nothing was installed correctly and he didn't even want to turn it on due to liability issues. Turns out the issue was a sensor that Water Heaters Plus knew about due to their experience. Thank you!

Called Shaun at 12:30AM with an emergency situation. He was there in a reasonable time and got the job done while roto-rooter (who was called earlier in the evening) came out and refused to do anything due to and unexplained “company policy.” Basically, they pick and choose the work they want to do. Shaun was eager to help and resolve the issue.

I also wasted time calling several other emergency plumbers with no call back. Shaun picked up the phone himself and was on it. I’ll call him first next time and not waste my time with roto rooter or other plumbers who apparently don’t want to work.

Our AC stopped working and they were able to schedule someone the next morning. Instead of trying to upsell me a new unit, the tech showed me the issue, had the part, and had it running in 15 minutes. Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional. I highly recommend.

I called McDermott Plumbing for a second estimate on a new water heater after getting a bad feeling from a high pressure sales pitch from Atlas Butler for a new water heater. Mike was very professional when inspecting the unit and gave an honest assessment about the cost to repair vs cost to replace. I ultimately went with installing a new water heater and the cost was about $500 less than Atlas Butler. Mike did a great job explaining everything and cleaning up afterward and I would definitely call again!

Terrible. There are intermittent sewage fumes escaping from my toilet. A quick google search shows that this is a common problem caused by a wax seal from the floor to the toilet that needs replaced. They told me i don't have a sewage vent and the wax has nothing to do with it. They took my money for diagnosing the problem and did nothing to help me. Avoid

We used BCI Mechanical for a sump pump check up and installation of new bathroom faucets, a new toilet and new shower fixtures. Their response time was amazing to make an initial assessment! The shower faucets were quite old and they were not sure that the unit could be replaced without tearing up some of the tile. Tony said he could do it and certainly did, without any tear up at all. We ere extremely pleased with the service provided and followup services too. We highly recommend BCI and will use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.
