Best Water Service Line Replacement in Columbus OH

This company came recommended by the previous owner of our new home. We will pass on the recommendation because these plumbers are prompt, do a great job and charge a fair price. What more can one ask for?

Josh and Shawn were both very professional and helpful in the whole process; from communicating when exactly to expect them and to helping us work with insurance to clean up and replace all damaged areas.

They did everything that was needed, (or what I was told was needed), which I appreciate.What I do wonder about now that they finished the work before 6pm is the cost. I was quoted a “flat rate” of over $7000. Extremely expensive. I appreciate the responsiveness and how they came out same day and repaired everything within a few hours, (I called around 1:30pm and they left my property before 6pm). I also get it is extremely close to the weekend, but it’s still NOT the weekend. I wonder if I wasn’t taken advantage of since I needed the repair right now and couldn’t shop around, and they knew that. We had no ability to use toilets or anything.EDIT: So the more I look the more I think I was heavily overcharged here, especially since I called at 1:30pm on Friday and the job was finished before 6pm. Also most of the area was already excavated, (they brought and used a backhoe, but I think this was done because they knew I was paying over $7000. The replacement and break was only a few feet long. They added a cleanout and supposedly cleaned my line to the street, but I’m guessing this was done to help justify such a high charge… changed from 5 stars to 2 (not 1 due to the promptness…), but again, I had no choice here. Either accept the $7000 price or go without toilets and showers all weekend.I also was never given a breakdown of the charges.2nd EDIT: now that I have a look at the work, it’s far more simple than I would have thought and exactly what I would have done for less than $100 in materials. I would have used a piece of PVC connected by 2 black rubber couplings (no cleanout), and called it a or have it day. These prices and the way things were explained to me were predatory. They knew I was in a situation I thought was much more serious than it was, and it was heavily played up. Sure, I wouldn’t have known to pull a permit or had it inspected, (because I wouldn’t have known), but these prices and the work that was done is ridiculous compared to the prices. Do not call this company.3rd EDIT response to business response: saying you’re not the “cheapest” isn’t even close to the issue at hand. This is predatory and price gouging. There is a clear difference between “being expensive” and ripping customers off, especially customers who may be in dire straights or not know the situation. I was charged an “flat rate” $7115 for a job that should have cost me likely between $500-$2000 from what I’ve gathered.Btw, the phone number for “quality assurance” you provided isn’t even in service!!!

We are very pleased with the Mr. Rooter Technician Matt B. who came out 10-25-2020 to unclog the clog that was making our sewer pipe/drain back up. Surprise roots have grown back again and he took care of the problem and did a fantastic job and informed us on information that is well needed for the future and just good ole info on roots 101 (Which was well needed and appreciated.). Matt did an outstanding job!

Rick came out on short notice Friday afternoon and got our plumbing up to code so the city could inspect the line and install a new meter. When the city was unable to fix the issue (blocked pipe from construction they were doing) Rick came back out on Saturday and was able to repair the line and get our water running again.

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

The washing machine installation guys from Lowes had left us with a leaky mess. Accurate Plumbing put in new hoses and replaced the 4 shut-off valves for the washer & sink next to it, and they did a stellar job. Everything's perfectly aligned and works beautifully!

Plumbing One is the only place that we call for plumbing assistance! Prior to finding them, we had other plumbers tell us that they could not do the type of work that we were requesting. Thankfully, we found Plumbing One, and they have been more than helpful every time we have needed them. They have great plumbers who do excellent work at reasonable prices. We highly recommend this business.

I’m not much of a handyman. I can replace light fixtures, install a ceiling fan, anything electrical (maybe not breaker stuff). I can’t do plumbing or carpentry stuff. So, we needed to replace the kitchen sink and faucet. Faucet was leaking so we thought of replacing the sink too. There goes hiring a plumber to get this done.
Got two quotes. It’s amazing the large gap between the two companies. First one gave us a quote of less than $400 to complete the whole job of removing old sink and replacing with new one. The other one gave us a quote of $1k, $500 to remove and $500 to install.
What a big difference between the two. Same job, one less than $400, the other one 3 times more. Anyway, the job took about one and a half hours total to do. The company was very professional, cleaned the work area after the job.

My bedroom toilet stopped working properly. He got me scheduled within two days. It took him twenty seconds to diagnose the problem and my toilet was repaired within thirty minutes (including him going and getting the parts). Highly recommend him.
