Had a clogged up kitchen sink that I was unable to fix myself. Called on a Sunday and the company came out the next morning. Antwan unclogged the drain quickly and without issue. Also gave an estimate on our garbage disposal which needed replaced, but was not pushy when I said we would probably replace it ourselves. I would use the company again if needed.

Scott Cook #0064 was the Technician assigned to my house and I’m very thankful he was! Our water heater started leaking Gas On Christmas Eve. I attempted to fix it myself but could only get so far with the stores closing at 5pm and eventually quit at 1AM Christmas Morning. It’s now Christmas Day, everyone BUT ROTO-ROOTER is closed, no stores are available to get parts, and I have a home full of people with no running water. I was stuck!Scott arrived to my home early the next morning (8:30ish) and completed the job with the supplies he had on hand in just over an hour!!! Not only did he complete it, but he fitted everything with pipes versus using the flex lines I was going to use.Thank you again Scott Cook, you were truly our families Christmas Miracle for 2019!

Since purchasing and restoring an 1890 Victorian home 25 years ago, we have worked with a variety of contractors on many home repair projects. Some of those experiences were good, a few were great and a few were disappointing. Our recent selection of Miller Ranney Cantrell Plumbing to repair a major sewer drain problem however was one of the best contractor experiences we have ever had. From our initial meeting with co-owner Mark Cantrell who clearly explained the proposal and steps needed to correct the problem to cleaning up the yard afterward, the entire project went smoothly and with almost no disruption to our family. Everyone on the crew was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, and clearly wanted to do the best job possible for us. Even with a large project involving five workers and a giant backhoe, when finished the cleanup was done so well it was hard to tell anyone had been here. Our experience with Miller Ranney Cantrell Plumbing was one of the best contractor decisions we have ever made. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing projects and will highly recommend them to friends and family.

I only received two responses and one quote. The one quote was excessive in my mind. I ended up getting a neighbor and son in law to get the water tank up from the basement. Bulk pickup came by and took it away for free.

Both the gentleman who explained our options for a water heater and the gentleman who installed the water heater were very professional and answered all the questions we had. Very pleasant dealing with both these men as well as the office person.

I had a gas leak that was detected. I was told by one company it was only one leak and it was actually three. It was quite the job to find the third and to repair them all. This company is honest, thorough and SOOOOO kind!! The price was beyond fair and I can't thank them enough for their assistance and generosity!! They touched my heart! ❤️
