Chris B. and Joe came out to my place within 2 hours of my request! I had a leaking outside spigot and they were able to come fix it (even in this awful cold weather, sorry guys!) Kind of pricey but the job would have been about the same cost from another company and would have been over a week out. Very friendly and professional! The company even has a 10% off labor if you have cans for their food drive! Awesome they are giving back to their community! Thanks again!

Waterworks installed a new water heater and checked my heater and AC units, plus a few other odd jobs. The scheduling was easy and the work was done with a high level of professionalism. The work crew arrived on time and were more than helpful when I wanted to add a couple of other tasks to the original work order. I am very pleased with the work and will not hesitate recommending Waterworks to my friends.

Cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the service they provided. They removed a leaky saddle valve that was for our humidifier and put in a 'real' valve. They also did the plumbing for the natural gas pipes for our home generator. Very courteous,, professional. Sean and Jake were the best .. they will be the ones we call for any of our plumbing needs.

Apex is a bit on the expensive side, but totally worth it. They responded quickly and were able to replace my failed water heater within a day. The quality of work and professionalism are 100%

Appreciated the attention to detail.

Had an issue with a clogged line from the sump and gutters to the street. The company was quick to respond and the service tech was very knowledgeable. The price was pretty high for a 20 minute job in my opinion. But the value may be good if I don't have to have the line cleared for another 5 years or so. There were a lot of tree root mats and I was surprised at the amount of shingle granules flushed out. To date, we haven't had enough rain to evaluate the work and I'll report back if there's a problem.

I called ARS with a sewer line backup and before I knew it, I got to see what was causing the problem and was given several options to stop the problem. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast service and they continue to follow up on questions I have and do work without me having to ask. I wasn’t expecting that. Not only that but John Milburn and his crew went the extra mile and put a camera in my line at no additional cost just for my own curiosity and piece of mind that the job was done right. We had a sewer backup on Christmas Day. They sent someone that evening who worked hard but couldn't clear the block. They came back the next day, even without their preferred equipment, which had broken, and worked and worked until they got it cleared. We had checked with other companies, who would not even attempt it because of the low temperatures. And then, they even helped clean up the mess. They deserve more than 5 stars!

We tried to use Accurate Plumbing to repair or replace our tankless water heater, and I would never recommend them. We did not have enough hot water to shower for more than a month while working with them and we spent nearly $700 for them to try different repairs that did not work. I had to call multiple times to get status updates, they came to our home four different times, and we still couldn’t get hot water. I ultimately decided to go with a different company that was able to replace our tankless water heater same-day.

Great customer service!!! Fast and efficient!!! My business had backed up drains at 11pm. I called plumbing one they were out in about 20min did a quik assessment of the problem wasted no time got the problem fixed and saved me from closing down that evening!!
