Best Clogged Drains in Colorado Springs CO

This company has a marketing department that checks the messages on here and follows up on any low ratings. This comment has been upgraded due to the follow up and attention it was given. The issue was not resolved in the end, but it was given diligent attention. The company has offered to do my air conditioning install for next year and the quote was much closer to what I expected. I would probably call the company back and give them another chance despite the initial contact experience.Called them up to install a sink and a filter under the sink. First they lost my appointment. When I called up and asked what happened, they finally find it for a different day with notes making mention of the original day. So they reschedule the appointment for much later, turning my day upsidedown as I reschedule appointments. When they get here, I am told that the filter isn't compatible for the sink and refrigerator. When I tell him it is the exact same filter as I had at my previous location, he then says that he can make it work. Then I got slammed with a quote for nearly $ 1000.00, and it was just some tubing and equipment that was already on-site that just needed installing. He wanted to use copper tubing (less flexible) and not use the vinyl tubing already in place because that won't work for some reason either, even though I said I could probably bring it over and make it work for him in advance. Quote still stays at close to $500.00, just to install a simple sink and filter already on-site for what I estimate would probably be about an hour of work. Absolutely ridiculous... Should change their name to 'Ridiculously Priced Plumbing'.

Called them this morning and they had someone out at my house early afternoon. Chad and Nick were efficient and professional. They kept me informed every step of the way. They solved my problem and cleaned up after.Their price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Leo's. Thanks guys!!

Jorge did wonderful job of new basement intall of bathroom and bar. Very personable and consciousness. Highly recommend. Very skilled but at a reasonable price. Completed shower/tub, sink and toilet. Bar install: garbage disposal, sink and dishwasher. Very kind even when we made last minute changes from tile to vinyl floors. He had to redo toilet drain but completed quickly and professionally. Really cares that customer is happy with job. Thank you GSES!

They had someone available that same day, he came and installed our system so professionally and so quickly! He came with the equipment and parts he needed without knowing what he would find when he got here. Rick was fast on time and professional as well as informative about the issue. The issue was fixed quickly promptly and with professionalism would recommend.

B & L was very helpful in solving my plumbing issue and got me up and running in time to meet other commitments which I had. Their plumbing staff as well as office staff were very friendly and went above and beyond in helping me address my plumbing issues.

My husband and I were in the process of closing on a home and we were recommended by our realtor to call Advantage Sewer and Drain and get a sewer scope because the house had been vacant for 2 years and its over 40 years old. We got the scope scheduled for the following day and David called half hour prior to let me know he was on his way. He had to do the scope through the basement toilet and asked if it was okay to cut the bolts and remove the toilet in order to proceed. obviously he could see that I had no idea what was going on so he explained what the normal procedure was and explained why he had to remove the toilet. He did so with absolutely NO mess and then started the scope. All I could see on the video was a fuzzy gray/black screen and he then explained to me everything that he could see (or couldn't see- no roots or cracks or anything). The whole thing was over in less than 10 minutes and as he was replacing the bolts he had to cut earlier he explained a few preventive measures I could do that would keep the sewer pipes clean and working, for a first time home owner he was very informative as well as efficient and fast! He left absolutely no mess and immediately got me the sewer scope video that I had asked for.

Our kitchen faucet broke and spewed water everywhere when we were out ofTown forAFewDays. Aiden (sp?) did a magnificent job repairing and replacing everything in just a couple of hours. Very VERY happy customer

Mark came to our house on a very wet evening. It was already dark because the service call he had before ours ran longer due to extra difficulties. He came to the door with a smile on his face, got right to business, and in very short order he had the main line open and running again.

He also showed me the fairly large root that had plugged up the line and made helpful suggestions on how to possibly avoid potential reoccurrences. Then, he cheerfully handed me a business card, packed his gear, and left everything in order.

If you prefer to work with someone who cares about the quality of service, Mark Clark with Pro Power Rooter is your guy. I'd give him 6 stars on this review if that was available. And by the way...did I mention his price is more affordable than other services who send out someone who doesn't care?

Acme came to my business and repaired my sewer service I had another out fit camera line and lie to me they told me that I had to dig up the entire sewer line I am so grateful for Acme and Dennis for being honest I highly recommend Acme to every one.

I called when our drains were backing up. Although there was a miscommunication about the time frame they were coming. They called me when I didn't come to the door and when I explained the situation the technician was nice enough to wait until I got there. Isaiah was so professional and incredibly nice, he was knowledgeable and didn't come off as a 'salesman'. He was thorough in making sure everything he could do would be done while he was there, and made sure to explain to me the price beforehand. The price was more than reasonable and made sure that I was aware of the warranties and answered all my questions. This kind of customer service makes times like these being a homeowner less stressful.
