Repair man was very competent and finished the job in a timely fashion.

I called Leo's on a Sunday morning (before 8am) to fix a clogged kitchen sink (Drano and my plumbing snake couldn't get the job done). It took about an hour and a half for someone to come out, which is pretty good considering it was a Sunday morning, and he fixed it quickly and pointed out an issue with my plumbing that I could fix myself in order to avoid the same issue in the future. The plumber was very knowledgeable and helpful and worked quickly. I was very happy with the work, and the best thing about it was the price. Only $89 even though it was a Sunday morning! I will call Leo's for all my future plumbing needs (in fact, they are fixing my sprinklers later this week!).

James installed a new water heater on a Sunday. I purchased it in a hurry on a Sunday since I noticed the water heater leaking the day before. I had to get it done on a Sunday because I was away during the week and will be away for the future week. We are happy to have it done quickly and professionally. James tested the water pressure and found our PRV is too high and not adjustable anymore. So I replace this on my own same day with the knowledge that it was also creating problems with the water heater and additional plumbing in the house. Thanks Western Peak plumbing.

Couldn't have had an easier experience with Happy Plumber coming out to check my hot water heater leaking. They returned my calls quickly, arrived on time, very friendly and respectful, explained everything to me about replacement and my options, and finished the work the same day. Pilar answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. Installation looks wonderful as I needed new piping upgrades to code. They hauled my old heater away and left my home without a trace. Ed, from Always Plumbing & Heating, just finished a service call at our house. He correctly diagnosed what the likely cause of each of my two issues was and gave me a quote of what it would cost to fix. In my case, a poorly installed garbage disposal with an ill-fitted gasket, and a burst pipe between the back faucet and the waterline in the basement. Spot on evaluation, excellent work, and he rightly called out how much time it would likely take before he started. He even let me watch a great deal of his work - hopefully I wasn't a bother - which was very educational. His years of experience and expertise were never in doubt. Our A/C was not cooling the main floor of our town home, so we called Smith to diagnose and fix the problem. Our technician, Brian, found that coils had partially frozen and when the ice had melted, it soaked the filter and limited the effectiveness of the A/C unit. He spent several hours finding and fixing the problem.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

If I could give a zero I would. I called to schedule my yearly AC service. Two months out? Unacceptable. Increase your capacity. We purchased an AC, furnace and water heater within the span of about six months early last year and have a contract for three years of AC and furnace services. I expect that to be honored within a timely manner and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. The manager was extremely disrespectful and rose her voice with me when I requested some sort of resolution. This is not the way a business should be ran.

My husband even phoned to gain some further information and when she found out who he was she instantly rose her voice with him. Then a general manager phoned my husband and began to curse at him when he asked for business address. Stated to find it online. Aren't you supposed to provide that when asked? It seems like you're hiding something.

The men that showed at my house were very friendly and didn't waste any time to fix my shower. After they fixed it they helped adjusting the temp to every shower in my house and gave me some advice on how my water heater works. I will definitely be using this company again.
