Best Furnace Install in Colorado Springs CO

As promised, I have deleted a previous very negative review.Having sold our home, we needed another sewer clean out, and inspection by a qualified plumbing company. Since Affordable Plumbing had given a 5 year warranty on the previous work, we contacted them, and asked if they would do the work. It was instant friendly professionalism, and they arrived pretty lickety split! The job was quickly taken care of, and I am happy to make bygones be bygones.Thank you especially to Ben for your integrity and professionalism.

I would NOT recommend using One Source Home Solutions for any work. Our story began with a furnace replacement and AC install along with a crawlspace encapsulation. During the encapsulation process, the technicians identified a small water leak in the main drain, so we called the Once Source “master plumber” to repair in order to continue the encapsulation process. $684 to replace an ABS pipe about 36” long, and then recommended that we do an entire reworking of the water lines in the house, as part of what I now consider as predatory sales tactics, this was the first of many red flags. As part of our install we chose to have the air filters moved from crawl space to the inside of the house, in order to make it easier for my step-mother to change filters. The original sales person stated that a filter would still be placed in the crawlspace, but that could be changed as part of the service contact that we were entering into, so no big deal right? Wrong.This is where the drama really begins, the techs doing the filter install did significant damage to the drywall surrounding the new vents/filter housings, and damaged a brand new LVP (luxury vinyl plank) floor. After a significant back and forth, One Source agreed to send someone to “repair” the floor as well as patch the drywall. We had originally wanted Once Source to contact the flooring provider and have their people repair the damage, but that was denied by Once Source and they sent their guy. Well the first guy’s attempt at repair failed and left a high spot in the flooring which was unacceptable, and the back and forth continued regarding the flooring repair. Eventually they did agree to send someone to repair the poor repair, and the new guy essentially glued down the plank of a floating floor.Fast forward a couple of months, the first semiannual service the technician stated that we did not have a filter in the crawlspace, and recommended a $1700 UV filter. As well as the statement that the system was not performing as it should, and was extremely dirty. The vents were causing excessive amounts of dust in the house. We did have a duct cleaning when the encapsulation was done.After another round of back and forth, One Source sent a “senior technician” which identified a cool air intake on the furnace that was not drawing air from inside the house, but a vent directly at ground level outside the house, basically sucking dirt right into the new furnace. The new tech stated that he could fix the problem, but needed to get approval first. We asked him to get approval for a duct cleaning at their expense, while he was getting approval for the repair. He eventually did get approval and completed the work that night. The system has been performing well since the repair, but here is the interesting part, last week we called to schedule a pre winter service on the system, we were told that someone would call us to schedule it, several days later, no call. When we called to get on the schedule again, we were informed that our account had a “do not service” tag on it. We asked to talk to manager, but were informed that they would give him the message, but he likely would not call us back.As others have stated, do not use this company, poor communication, missed appointments, predatory sales tactics, overcharging for work and a general lack of pride in providing quality service to its customers.

Ed was very helpful and used parts he already had to do my outdoor spigot repair to save me money. He explained everything very well.

Excellent experience all around! Jeremy made a great presentation with our consulation and helped explain the different options allowing us to make the right choice for our home. Jon and Ramon came out to install the AC, walking us through the process and to help get it all set up. Everyone who was involved on this project was professional, courteous and gave high level service. We are so happy to not only have cool air flowing now, but also with the interactions we had that let us know we made the right desicion working with your team.

I had a vry good experience with HVAC solutions. They fix all furnaces and are a Lennox premier dealer.
They came over to my house for an intermittent problem with my furnace.
They kept coming back ( only charged me the 1st service call ) until they could be here when I was having the problem.Once they found it they replaced a main valve promptly and with a very reasonable price. That fixed it and it works great now. Thank you to Jim the tech and Natasa the receptionist and the manager Dave? the manger for all doing agreat job to help me.
Will use them and recommend them again.

What can I say except amazing. I have used this company now on 3 separate occasions and each time the crews are on time, courteous and go above and beyond. Eric and David are great guys who really know their stuff. If you have to call for help make Olson(David or Eric) your first call!!

We trust Tim with our rental for plumbing and heating at all times. TIm is very knowledgeable and works detailed. He's always on time and takes the time to explain details and instruct our tenants with all questions at hand. We would like for the office girls to respond better and in a more timely manner. Living several states away doesn't make it easy but with Oak View and especially Tim for plumbing AND heating we feel comfortable and safe.

That said - we talked to other companies in the area but found OVM one of the least 'want to sell you the most expensive equipment' company and are very impressed with Tim's work and experience. Wow! Eric did a great job helping with all aspects of plumbing and heating with our bathroom remodel. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of his work. He has many years of experience. We found him to be reliable and efficient and punctual. He has great problem solving skills and communicates well. We are looking forwards to working with him again.

I called late morning when I found water leaking into the first floor from the mechanical room. A technician was here within 30 minutes, problem was found to be an old water heater started leaking. I have a dual water heater system. I was told the system was plumbed incorrectly and wasn't using both water heaters in tandem. Technician quoted a price to fix everything, it was well within my budget. Technician and helper arrived the next morning and had the install complete in a few hours. Extremely happy with Alphalete Plumbing and Heat.

We had a bid for central air in 5/2020. Comfort by Design is a different kind of company. They feel like family, a big brother. This is a company that shares their knowledge of what they know with you, no guessing about which air conditioner you’ll need with a list of choices. They are not trying to sell you more than what you need. They recommend what is needed by asking specific questions and assessing how your furnace and air conditioner will work together. The technician for the install was extremely polite, worked hard, and was very neat, and I’m fussy! The technician went over and above by showing us how set up our thermostat correctly for maximum comfort and efficiency. I would highly recommend this company your cooling or heating needs.

I had an issue with a bath spout/diverter that I couldn’t solve on my own and filled out a request on Angi. Bullseye called literally within the minute I submitted a quote from them and immediately scheduled a technician to come assess the situation. My technician was Tucker who was on time, polite, and listened to my input and struggles with the situation. Tucker properly assessed the issue, replaced the part, was friendly with my 3 year old who kept interrupting him, and was completed in about an hour. I appreciated the customer service provided by Tucker, the dispatcher, and Bullseye Plumbing overall.
