When they say one call does it all, they are referring to Enki plumbing. Over the course of 2 Saturdays, so I didn't miss work, they replaced a leaking washer valve (pressurized line! - could have been a disaster), a leaking pressurized shower pipe connector, a slow drain, a backed up kitchen sink, and most importantly fixed the slope of my water heater exhaust! I tried to do it myself and installed it wrong, Enki fixed it and got me compliant. Very pleased with this company.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

I hired Team Plumbing to install an electric tankless water heater after I called around and searched the internet extensively for someone with previous experience, as they are pretty rare. Curtis assured me he had done it many times in Florida. Unfortunately, he sent someone to do it who had NEVER installed one before. His workman was quickly trying to read the installation instruction sheet at my house.

After many errors, and dripping rusty water all over my carpet (he also forgot to put down a tarp), he finally got it installed. I voiced my concerns about needing to flush it in a year, as was recommended online, because of our hard well water. The installer thought it'd be a good idea.

But, as I go to flush it now, I notice that he didn't put in valves that allow a way to do this! There is no outlet. I'm not really surprised at another mistake. I called Curtis, and, after researching it more and not finding anything online, he doesn't think I need it. My pipes are now banging with the built up sediment that I can't release. I called Rheem and they said to flush the system and gave me the names of two plumbers who actually are experts. I guess I'll just pay someone new. It'll probably save me money/time in the long run, anyway.

SAVE yourself the trouble and don't trust Team Plumbing with your electric tankless, no matter what Curtis promises!
