The actual hvac and electrical guys were amazing. Fast, professional and very friendly. However, the people that work in the office that coordinate services were a nightmare. Could not ever get ahold of anyone. Never relayed messages. Took over a month for a 2 day job. The non laborers were awful.

Had them come out to a house for a small leak. They fixed the wrong part and the leak continued overnight and the home was vacant. It ended up costing us thousands to repair the floor and basement from the leak they allowed to continue overnight. The worst part is, they still made me pay their invoice!

Jorge is person you want to hire to give your home some TLC! He came into our bathroom remodel after the previous contractors had made multiple mistakes, he listened to my concerns, and immediately recommended potential repairs and sprang into action. By the end of the day he had improved our bathroom many times over. The ultimate work that he did was well above the initial quote of installing a clawfoot tub with exposed telephone plumbing and he charged us very fairly for the work. I cannot recommend Jorge enough. He knows plumbing, takes the time to get the job done right the first time, and as an added bonus, he really understands remodeling so he is a great addition to most home projects.

These guys were amazing. We had another company say that we needed a full repipe of our house and had given us an estimate at $6,200!! Western Peak Plumbing came in to give us a 2nd opinion and told us the problems were actually simple fixes and would cost us under $1,000. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and were great at communicating with us every step of the way. They really did come in and save the day!

Lucas was absolutely outstanding. Twice in one week he came out to fix some burst pipes within a few hours of my call. The repair was performed with a high degree of quality and precision and I have no doubt that it was well worth the price

We have used a few different companies, as this is an old house, and B & L plumbing is far superior to the rest. The plumbers are exceptionally knowledgable and professional. Service is often provided the same day I call, as well.

He helped me to understand why these leak issues can occur and what I can do in the future for prevention. He is also very kind and personable. Scheduling was quick. Super friendly plumber. , had some great tools to make the job go quick and seamless. Very knowledgeable. Checked out all the possible causes for what may have caused my plumbing issue and acknowledged what did not need to be fixed. (DID NOT try to upsell services)

Mark came on a friday night@ 10pm on WHILE CELEBRATING HIS SONS BIRTHDAY to help us clear our drain that had backed up and was overflowing intp the basement. After diagnosing what the problem was he went into action. Shortly after the drain cleared and he wad giving me recommendations tp prevent the problem in the future. 2/20/2019 My family's house decided it did not want to drain any more and after a quick call to green plumbing, Zach was able to come out and address the problem, and fix the problem within an hour.
