Best Water Pressure in Colorado Springs CO

I was charged way too much for the services provided. When I asked for details, And said I felt I was double charged, I was told by the manager that he was going to talk to the plumber that came out. There was nothing. When I reached out again, he said he was going to look into. Nothing. I kept reaching out, trying to get answers, and there was no resolve. I gave plenty of opportunities for the matter to be addressed, and I was strung along, making me believe there was going to be some resolve.Being a Realtor, I am constantly in need of plumbers, and have used many different companies. I will not call Affordable Plumbing again! They are anything but Affordable! Don’t waste your money here.

My 1st and only experience with them was unprofessional and inconsiderate. My appointment was made on Friday with a thorough explanation of the need for a 1st meet and greet to be between the hours of 430pm and 5pm. The appointment was set, however come Tuesday the day of the appointment exactly 45 minutes before the appointment to be exact the dispatcher calls and tells me that they don't work after 4pm. That should have been said on Friday when the appointment was made that the plumber won't work after 4pm. Now I don't need the work done at that time, I just needed a meeting so even see if they could do the work. A professional dispatcher with a reviewed the dispatches first thing in the morning, noticed the late appointment and maybe effort first thing in the morning to notify the client of the discrepancy and many different arrangements. But to wait 45 minutes before the appointment and then call and say that you wont meet. It's okay.

Jorge is the only plumber we'd recommend. He's worked on multiple projects for us including sprinkler back flows, water heater piping, installing a kitchen sink and a utility sink and disconnecting our old gas heater. He's punctual and very reasonable with his costs! Highly recommended!!

Greg came out to my home today. This was our first experience with Western Peak Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical. I was very nervous that we may have an issue with water pressure, because my 1946 home water pipes starting whistling about a month ago. I needed to save some money, before calling someone out, because we live on a very tight fixed income. Greg was extremely pleasant to work with and, above all, honest with us about what was going on with the pipes. I am so thankful that we called Western Peak Plumbing and that Greg assisted us with our concerns. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. Dan was friendly, professional and honest from the very beginning. Ed came out and told me he would get my pipes cleared, and that is exactly what he did. It was a relief to see someone with such determination to get the job done and not try to sell me on a few thousand dollar job. if i could give them 10 stars, i would.

Called 4 local plumber 2 never even called back, Sean was able to give quote over the phone and was ready to install the next morning. Price was $400 less the others. Great work, great price, very professional.

My bad plumbing experience. I called Affordable plumbing. I told the lady what was wrong and she said she would have the plumber call me back to give me an estimate. So, he called me back but couldn't do an estimate over the phone per him. One thing I needed was some new pipes and a p trap under my kitchen sink. It is 49 for them to come look at it. So I said ok. He said the p trap would be over 100 for that plus replacing maybe 5 small pipes. He quoted me over 300.00. Also, I have a pipe that sheared in the tub at the drain. He wanted to cut a few holes in my walls to find the leak even though I told him where it was and that it has happened before. He said it might not be that. Ok, he is right, but wanting to cut 75 dollars a hole was just ridiculous and as he said he would need a few. He wanted to start behind the shower spout and not go under the house and check that pipe real quick. HUH! That price just for cutting 3 holes is 225 and that doesn't include any parts for the tub or labor for the other work. I told him way too much. No way am I paying that much. So I gave him his check for 49 and sent him on his way. Beware.. Update. Had another plumber come out who thought the price was ridiculous and a ripoff . 25.00 in parts. 100 labor
