The scale doesn't go low enough. This guy took complete advantage of me being deployed. His behavior was completely unethical and probably criminal. He applied for permits which were then voided, billed my insurance company for work he says he didn't do, did not complete a final inspection of my home which resulted in a certificate of non compliance from the title company. He denied any involvement despite my realtor explaining we have all the documentation with his signature. He refused to resolve the non compliance issue as well so everything my insurance company paid him for had to be redone. We also found out he operates under powers plumbing II which he explained to my realtor is the exact same company. Shady as hell!! This guy completely took me for a ride. I can only hope my insurance company goes after him for insurance fruad.

Billy is a consummate professional- he not only took care of my plumbing issue, but explained it all and I came out of it being smarter and well informed. I trust him way more than past plumbers I’ve encountered from other companies. When you find a good one they are like gold. I have always had stellar experiences with Affordable Plumbing and this one was no different. Highly recommend them for stuff done right.
