Andrew and Nathan installed our AC and were professional and worked hard and they were very pleasant. An inside door was accidentally scratched and they discounted the installation fee to cover the paint no problem. They answered all our questions and cleaned up. It is nice to have a go-to business for our heating and cooling needs. Thank you!

Very quick, affordable, honest, and professional. We had a busted pipe out back and they sent someone out within a couple hours of my calling and he fixed it. Definitely going to be our go to for all our plumbing needs.

I wish I never got my ac unit for this placeUpdate: They called me to set up an annual appointment for my AC unit. The first time they called me 10 minutes before my appointment to reschedule. So I rescheduled it for the following week and guess what they called me again to reschedule again. I keep changing around my schedule for these appointments and I already knew they were going to reschedule for a second time. I'm keeping me my review at one star. If I could I would give them 0 starts

Update; I finally bought a new Lennox a/c and furnace, at a good price. The sale by Tim, without any pressure to increase cost, (he actually told me which units not to pay extra for), and the awesome and exceptional teamwork of Jordan/Tom was very professional, yet down to earth with honesty. They taught me a lot I did not know, and were fast to install, yet maintained accuracy. It took them less than a day, because I had moved furniture before their arrival. Before they left, they asked me if I had any questions. I’ll specifically ask for them to return again if I need anything. Fast, honest, and trusted teamwork, and cleaned all of the trash before leaving.Last week I called several Hvac companies from coupons I had for inspections. One company didn’t answer, another company was rude, one was a corporate hold “I’m third in line”, one had discounts with no exact cost. When I called Parkey’s, I got Lela, a very pleasing employee that really wanted my business. I told her I was still going to call others, but changed my mind and called her back. A company that cares, a company highly rated, and one that is a family business for 60 years. I had a timely appointment with Tim, communicated well, on time, nice guy, no pressure, gave me lots of education on what I had and what I needed. He arrived wearing lots of protection, stayed long, got my money’s worth. My 22 year old furnace and a/c tested ok, marginally. He gave me many options on brands, prices, financing, etc, actually suggested me replacing with a mid range cost, not the most expensive. I’m 100% on calling them whenever I’m ready. I have used Alphalete Mechanical twice now and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service they provide. Diego is one of the most pleasant and professional contractors I've ever hired. Each time I've gotten fast quality service at a good price. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone having plumbing or water heater problems.

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

Prompt communication to schedule service, and explanation of what the service would consist of. On time, called ahead to let me know that they were on their way. Polite, respectful and professional at all times. Kept me well informed every step of the process, and gave me great maintenance recommendations with absolutely no up selling pressure to perform extra cleaning or repairs, just straightforward explanation with pictures of what my furnace looked like and needed, well appreciated. Highly recommend for all services needed.
