Our toilet seal broke-through and was leaking all over the bathroom. Affordable Rooter had a plumber to the house within an hour and fixed it quickly. The woman I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and helpful and the plumber who fixed the toilet was respectful and a nice individual. The cost was quite reasonable and the quality of work was great. I highly recommend their services to anyone.

James came out, and was available earlier than scheduled which was great. I had a leaky bathtub faucet replaced six months ago, and the plumber did a really shoddy job. The shower never completely worked, still blowing water out of the faucet, and 50% water pressure. The original plumber never came back to finish the job and left me hanging. The shower stopped working last week altogether.James diagnosed the problem to a leaky water heater in the utility closet behind the shower wall. He quoted me the cost, and was upfront an honest about what needed to be done and the severity of the issue. I am in the process of arranging to have the work completed.

Called Rotorooter, Brian came out and was very helpful and cleaning out the kitchen pipe and gave me tips on how to keep it clean in the future, as well as other tips regarding the disposal. I've called them before for other issues once in a great while and they have always been inviting, professional, and their work is top notch. People always give them a hard time cause they are corporate, but I trust them over anyone else in this city by far.
