Best Sump Pump Replacement in Colorado Springs CO

They completely overcharged us, the replacement part was $62 and they said we would need a special treatment for our furnace (which was not needed at all). Total of parts $174, the technician spent very little time at out house, down payment $720, total bill $1450! We canceled our service for the replacement part and second treatment and tried to communicate with them about the price but were ignored. There is no communication, they send you their own collection service to put a lien on your house! We are business owners ourselves, and would never treat our customers that way.

They redid plumbing in the entire master bathroom, rerouted pipes, installed double shower heads, rain showers, did new plumbing for the bathtub.
Everything was done at very reasonable price with water shot off just for few hours. Definitely will hire them again for future projects.

Extremely disappointed. Our water heater went out yesterday and I called around to a few places to try and get it replaced today. Smith Plumbing and Heating said they could do it today. I asked for a quote and was given a quote of $1,097 plus the $40 permit fee. The technician or in other words salesman showed up as scheduled took some pictures asked questions and then went to his van to get us some quotes as we were interested in both a normal water heater and a tankless one. About 45 min later he came back in with hand written notes of what they had to offer. OMG, the first tankless was $9,997.00! The other tankless quotes were between $4 and $6K! The best quote he had on the 50 gal tank was $1,497! $400 more than the quote I got on the phone. When I mentioned the phone quote the salesman got a bit flustered and called back to the office and did in fact find the person that said the quote she gave was $1097. We were never really given that offer while the salesman was there, but we did ask if they could do it today as promised and they stated they couldn't do it until Wednesday. I then asked the salesman (who we thought was an installer) if he was qualified to install and he said that he wasn't. At that point, I felt duped and we decided that Smith Plumbing and Heating was not what we had seen on their website or on the initial phone inquiry. The salesman was extremely polite and professional and I actually felt sorry for him that he got put in the position he did.UPDATE: Thank you for your reply to my review. Ryan was very professional as I stated, however I would recommend that when you send a technician that isn't qualified to do the service that they let the customer know up front that they aren't qualified to do the actual repair. Regarding the $4-6 K estimates, those came from Ryan. He didn't give me a $2997 estimate. The phone estimate for a 50 gal heater was $1097 and I wouldn't have agreed to the $1197 price (I was on speaker phone and both my wife and I heard it). You stated that your company would have installed it the next day, but Ryan stated that the earliest you could do it was two days later. Also, you stated I didn't make a decision until 4pm. Ryan left our house at 1:58 per our home security system. Just for your information, I got it professionally installed the next day. The plumber showed up at 2:30 and was done at 4:30. It passed inspection first time and I paid $1K for the same brand/quality water heater you would have installed. So in the end, I've found an honest and reliable plumber and I know who not to call in the future for any plumbing needs. Thanks for letting me clear up your inaccurate statements.

They said we need to change the water heater and ask us for $1200 but then it was just my mother and sister did not know how to ignite the water heater. Highly unscrupulous to women who does not know well and non ethical business.

Had a great experience with Oak View Mechanical. Installed an A/C condenser quickly and passed inspection without incident. Had a few other quotes from HVAC companies for the same install, and Oak View was able to give us a bigger unit at a much better price! I will not hesitate to use them for future HVAC needs!

He is very professional and customer service oriented even singing Disney songs with the kids while I signed my forms.During his visit Tony was met at the door by some troublesome wasps. I told him that I was very sorry my husband and I have been unable to find the nest. Tony grabbed his ladder out of the truck looked in our gutter and killed both of the nests stating that it wasnt a problem and with the babies running in and out throughout the day he was happy to help.I give Mr. Rooter 5 stars and a big THANK YOU to Tony.
