One Tech I had was a great person but Eddie was a snake and talked a good game. He will rip you off and not complete the work. You will try to ask for them to make it right and they will leave you on read with no reply. I'm 100% disabled veteran trying to fix my father's house how just past away. Fake prices, Fake people, never on time, and won't finish a job. They are great and saying sorry and let us get back to you. So, don't use them and if you are looking to get scammed don't pay them in full!

I had two spigots leaking/dripping. Ed was the best! He came in the time frame I was given. I had already tried to fix them because it's usually an easy job. Unfortunately, mine required replacement and I already knew this. Ed made sure first that the issue wasn't fixable. He did an amazing job and explained everything to me. The pricing was definitely lower than other companies had quoted me. He also threw in a military discount over that as well :) Great service and a job well done! I would definitely recommend this company and Ed.

This would have been my first time using their service however it never happened. I had originally scheduled for Tuesday from 3-5pm. I received a call later in the time window stating the tech would not be able to make it and we rescheduled for today Friday May 1st. I was given a window of 8-10 am and would be the first appointment of the day. I planned on going into work later in order to wait for the tech. Here we are at 10 and no call with no update. I decided to call and they stated they would ask the tech for an update. The tech stated he would be at my house within 20-30 min. Unfortunately, I had to cancel because I planned the tech to arrive within the window I received which was not the case. I feel like I got the run around and was inconvenienced twice. I’ll take my service elsewhere.

Lucas and his wife were an awesome team. They arrived on time, were professional, and reasonable! They assessed the problem right away, and replaced the PRV. It eliminated the leak as well as the water hammer. Straight forward and no price gouging. Thank you!

Thank you folks so much for installing my new water heater! I called and got an estimate over the phone (seriously! Awesome!) and was able to have someone come out the next day! The technician came and I was 10 minutes away, so I gave him the garage code. He went in and found the water heater and wrote up the estimate, before I even arrived. Thank you! Seriously, saved me a ton of time! I am a single mom and was really worried about how I was going to get this fixed, but they have by far the best rates I found in the city and great customer service. Elizabeth in the office was super sweet and helpful and my technician did a fantastic job! I couldn't stay (had to get back to work), so he locked up when he was finished and I came home to a brand new water heater. You guys have no idea how much of a relief this is for me! I will for sure recommend you to everyone I know! Thanks so much!

They were great on following up and helping me over the phone even though i never had them come out to my house. I ofcourse was not charged but it was more feedback then what i got from the place that did come out!

Luke did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend him and this company again! I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids. He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

The only thing worse than their quality of work is their inability to drive safely. I have excellent photos and videos of your workers cutting off traffic, zig zagging with the trailer wobbling, and speeding 40+ in a residential 25mph. I’m turning it into authorities but you might want to take a good faith effort to attempt to rectify the negligence by your workers.

So far, I have only had a bid on some work that I need done. I was so impressed with the two gentlemen who showed up, I felt the need to leave a review. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, they Listened to my specific concerns.
