Would like to give Tyler extra thumbs up, he went overboard to get the job done. First he had to find a new gasket, which was the right part, but was too big. He asked if he could come back today, he had three new gaskets. Finally found the right one, and made sure it was the right one, never giving up. He was courteous and polite.... you have a great employee.... thank you.

Rick and his team were great. While many plumbers in the area said they could not complete the task to repair the pvc in my sprinkler box, Rick was up for it. He responded much faster than any sprinkler service could (the day after versus weeks after) and was very professional and provided me a competitive price. Very satisfied with his service and would recommend him to anyone!

I had Delta install a home depot sink, disposal, and faucet. The technician, Andrew Coleman was awesome! He explained the installation process and equipment operation (in the event the disposal jams due to antics of my 3 children). Overall fast friendly service! A+

Hired in October 2016 to replace pilot starter on water heater. Saturday, 22 Apr, water pilot went out and would not restart. Called tech on duty and also filled out work request on line. Would not listen to fact that city utilities had already been there, insisted that I go thru restarting procedures. After assuring him that pilot would not lit, was more interested in telling me the price of service call. Agreed to wait until Monday for service. Called Monday, was informed one technician was out on an emergency and repairs could not be made til 0800 Wed, 26 Apr.
Would not budge, not try to fit into schedule, or make any concessions. To expect a customer to go 96 hours without hot water is unreasonable.

These folks are reliable, honest, and prompt. I’ve used them several times in the past for things we’ve needed done. I highly recommend their service, and will be using them for all my needs.

Marco was excellent, we had two toilets and a vanity that needed to be installed. He was available before any other plumber and had a competitive pricing. He was on time, had a friendly demeanor, took care of the jobs and even went to the store to get stuff that I was missing for the faucet.
