Jorge did wonderful job of new basement intall of bathroom and bar. Very personable and consciousness. Highly recommend. Very skilled but at a reasonable price. Completed shower/tub, sink and toilet. Bar install: garbage disposal, sink and dishwasher. Very kind even when we made last minute changes from tile to vinyl floors. He had to redo toilet drain but completed quickly and professionally. Really cares that customer is happy with job. Thank you GSES!

Justin did a great job explaining the issue with the fan motor. He said they had a guy who would come and check it out. Justin was polite and very clean. It really helps to have people do the work well and not leave a mess. I know I will always receive great service from One Source.

Great guy, very affordable and honest. Our issue wasn't solved but he did everything he possibly could to help us. Will be using him again in the future.

Our water heater started leaking all over this weekend, so we called B&L Plumbing. Even though it was a Saturday, the plumber was out in less than 2 hours! He was very courteous and very empathetic with us. He couldn't fix it then, but he gave good advice to hold us over and another plumber came out today, Monday, to replace it. I'm very impressed by how professional and kind they were during such a stressful time!

Great job by Advantage on my sewer line repair. I had a plumbing issue and received a pricey quote from one of the chain rooter companies, who I didn't trust from the start due to their sales tactics. I called Advantage, where the owner answered the phone and was generous with his time talking through my potential issues. Josh came out and confirmed that I needed the work, but quoted and completed the job for 40% less than the other quote. These guys were nothing but straight shooters throughout the process. The professionalism, good communication, and cleanup of the work site was beyond my expectations. I've not not been lucky enough to receive such good service in any other type of home maintenance, so I had to get on here and say so.

MARK WAS SUPER HELPFUL AND EVEN STUCK AROUND UNTIL THE UTILITY COMPANY CAME BACK TO TURN THE WATER BACK ON TO ENSURE HIS WORK WAS DONE PROPERLY (WHICH IT WAS). I called and the first available appointment was 2 weeks out. I took the appointment because I needed my issue fixed and they came highly recommended but after calling two or three other companies was able to get someone to come much sooner. I received no reminder call and quite frankly I forgot that I had scheduled the appointment 2 WEEKS EARLIER so I was not home when the person came. Then they sent me a bill for a trip fee?!?!? I think a courtesy reminder call would, especially after such a long wait to get a service, would have saved them a trip.

Dan and his crew repaired my water service line, and I was very happy with their service. They got it done in a hurry, and I was satisfied with the price paid.

I had an emergency need to unclog the sewer main line and needed to get someone out before my international flight was leaving the next morning. I called at 10pm and they were able to send Kelly out the next morning. He arrived on the early side of the time window and was knowledgeable and professional and extremely thorough!
