These guys were amazing. Above and beyond friendly. Both guys we had out (two separate days) could not have been friendlier. Both knew what they were talking about and got our situation fixed! I received great service for different services I have requested. I have had them out to replace an outside water faucet, install a new air conditioner, clean the ducts and vents, and inspect damages caused from broken water pipes. They are always friendly, efficient and do a very fine job. Every Smith employee who has worked on these projects has done a superb job. I want to recognize Elizabeth, Heath, Mike, and Rob for their help with the latest project (inspecting water damage caused by broken water pipes and identifying whether furnace, air conditioner, and other items were damaged and inspecting to see if the water and mud was dried up and if mold prevention was used, in addition to putting together a list of things that needed to be done to correct water damaged areas, etc.) helped me with. They were so helpful and spent a lot of time. They were very efficient and professional. I would also like to recognize all of the many Smith employees who helped with the installation of my new air conditioner, cleaning the ducts, replacing the outside water hydrant, and other things I may not included. There were so many employees working on those projects that I didn’t want to write in all the names of those employees because there were a few of them who did not give me a business card and I did not want to leave anyone out of getting recognized for the tremendous jobs they did at my house last Fall. I hope their bosses recognize all of them, because they all did a great job. I would highly recommend Smith Plumbing Cooling & Electrical for the great work their employees perform. It is a great company.

I have used Oak View Mechanical on multiple occasions and absolutely love them. This company is truly amazing to work with. They are professional, knowledgeable, on time, do quality work and at a reasonable price. I can't say enough nice things about them. I would highly recommend!!!

On time, the work was done quickly and professionally, and they charged what was quoted. What's not to like about that? I now have a functioning kitchen sink again after they snaked the line from the wall out.

My elderly parents called this company to come out because they had a leak. They came out and gave a quote of $900 to fix the hot water heater. Then, they sent another man out and he said they would have to replace the hot water heater and it would cost $1200. Then, once they had everything tore up and had the hot water heater ready to install, the price went up to $2600! My parents told them they could not afford this. Jessie first told them he would do in-house financing for them, then once the installation was complete he demanded a check for the full amount. He said he'd hold the check for at least a week while my parents moved funds around. He immediately cashed the check the next day! These people are crooks! They take advantage of elderly people and use dirty tactics!

Bullseye did an excellent job in service and in communication! We were so pleased with our plumber, Jeff, that we'll continue to use Bullseye for all of our future septic or plumbing needs! Jeff did a wonderful job installing our sump pump and providing much needed information for us city folk turned country.

David did a great job performing my annual furnace inspection! He is very polite and does a wonderful job informing me of what I need to know about the system.

I just have to say it is very....I mean VERY tough to get things done to my husband's standards when it comes to hiring a professional to do a job and Dennis did just that! I called about 7 other plumbers who were going to charge us a $50 or more service charge just to come out and see what the problem could be! And then on top of that, that charge was NOT going to be applied to any repairs that were going to be needed. Dennis not only didn't charge a service call fee, he also didn't charge us for the repair since he said it was something that my husband could probably have done himself. Seriously???? There just aren't that many honest, professional and kind people out there anymore who will treat you fair and see you as a person and not a dollar. Thanks Dennis for your help....we WILL be recommending you to anyone we can and hiring you for any future plumbing needs.
