I do home remodeling and I am doing a friend a favor and doing his house in Colorado Springs, I don't know anyone so I got three quotes from long term reputable plumbers one has been here 55 years, Smith Plumbing was $6000.00 higher than the other two, I don't appreciate FU bids. SINCE YOU CALLED ME OUT. Jolly was at $12,795.00 and you were at $18,793.00 I have both quotes and here you go. I don't play your passive agressive games you emailed and texted me for a review, and thats my review.

Called them out for after hours service paid the additional fee as expected. After a few hours of work and being charged $300 for a $30 (on the manufacturer’s website)part I was told they couldn’t fix it. (Equipment was under warranty as well). Service provider was polite but a little dishonest in telling me he waived his fee for time as I’m pretty sure this was part of the exorbitant part charge. Can’t recommend.

This company flooded my house worth 30k by not tightening the faucet to the washing machine. Water ran three floors down damaging everything in-between to bottom level. Mr. Rooter said it was my fault, the washing machine was broken (note the plumber broke the switch to the washer, also my fault) and walked away leaving all the damages. Would not recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone.

I had the pleasure of working with both Don Law, and his son, Colton. They had come over to give me a quote for the installation of 2-way clean outs for our extra long sewage pipe. I had a terrible clog at 190 feet that two other companies were unable to get. I was quoted at 5.5k by one of these other companies -- I was being told there was no other way to address this clog. I'm only two months into owning this house, so I was pretty distraught.

Don and his son spent 2 hours trying to clean my pipes one more time. They tried multiple attachments and drug in multiple spools of coil from their van to my basement to make the distance to the clog. After lots of hard work, they got it!! They took my bill from 5.5k down to a $200 cleaning. I couldn't be any happier.

Outside of the great work they do, they're good people, kind, and genuinely just want to help. They have the mom and pop feel, which I appreciate, versus using some of the bigger names in Colorado Springs (who were unable to do the job and expensive).

Anyway -- can't express enough of my thanks you two. I'll be singing your praises for years!

Dan did a trenchless sewer line repair and was able to fix our pipe without digging up our entire yard. So happy with the service and quality of work!

Contacting them after the job was complete they refused to repair the automatic sprinkler lines that they hacked into pieces, and refused to replace the grass that they dug through.

During the job they even took the huge concrete chunks from the sidewalk they tore out and tried to burry them into the trench they made, leaving the front of my house with a 40 ft long strip of dirt scattered with big concrete chunks, and cut sprinkler lines sticking out. There were also pieces of the old sewer pipe left behind after the job.

A complete hack job that they rushed through to finish in less than a day.

We use ACME for all of our sewer scopes and sewer line replacements. Highly recommended as an honest and very fairly priced plumbing specialist that wont lie to you and actually stands behind the work that he does.

Zac was great!! He took care of the blockage in the line to our septic system by quickly and efficiently pulling the toilet (and putting it back with a new wax seal) and clearing the line. He is very personable and friendly.

Nathan did a fantastic job fixing all my plumbing issues. He replaced the main gate valve for incoming water on my town home, the leaking outgoing gate valve going out onto my patio spigot connection, and replaced a home installation connection I had done myself that was in danger of failing with a professional solution that I can be certain will not leak - all of this in one trip!
Nathan brought everything needed to do the work for each job with him. He made sure to take not make any messes or be in my way with his equipment while I worked from home. He also was very considerate by wearing a mask throughout the job. I will definitely call Priority Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.
