I bought a 125 year old house a few months ago. We knew there was a sewer issue when we bought it. Ended up with another issue that came up and had Leo's out to snake a line. Richard knew so much about old houses on the west side and educated me a ton about how the plumbing in my house works. He was able to do the repair for the new issue and in doing that also figured out some things that our home inspector and a previous sewer scope had missed that resolved the issue we knew about when buying the house. Saved me $2500 that I was planning to spend based on another companies estimate. Would highly recommend Leo's and Richard to anyone having sewer/drain line issues. Especially if you live in an older home.

Justin came to do bi-yearly maintenance on my AC. He was very professional and kept my carpets clean by putting on new shoe coverings before walking onto them. He did all the checks necessary and turned it on to make sure it functioned properly. He waited so he could take the temperature from intake and then the registers, to make sure it was correct. I'm in the local construction industry and know that HVAC Solutions does great work on our commercial projects. I was really happy to hear they did residential projects as well. Jason came out to view my system and walked me through all the options explaining the pros and cons of each. We settled on one that was affordable and easy to maintain. He gave me a quote and we scheduled the install. Sean and another guy came out and did the install. They arrived early, wore booties, had all the correct parts, kept the area clean and tidy and had it installed very quickly. They walked me through how to maintain the new humidifier and where to get filters. Super professional, high quality install. Highly recommend.

I've been a customer of Parkey's for the last several years and have always had positive interactions and service from the technicians, however the service and interactions from the office staff the last two years has been quite disappointing.I have a tankless hot water heater that takes a little bit extra TLC to service and flush. Last year when I called Parkey's to set up my annual service they gave me a quote of $89 and booked an appointment. When the technician came out he did not have the proper equipment as he was told it was a regular hot water heater, so I had to send him away and reschedule. On the second appointment the tech did the job, all went well until he pulled up the bill and had a charge of close to $450! I was shocked and let him know that the office told me it would be only $89. After speaking with the office they did confirm it they misquoted me but would honor the $89 charge. I was very appreciative of that which is why I called them again this year for my annual service/flush of the hot water heater. Not wanting to have the same issues as last year I called the office to set up the appointment and asked again to confirm the price. I was told $89. I explained to them what happened last year and asked again for them to double check and confirm the price and they again confirmed it would only be $89...Well, today, after waiting for the tech to arrive I received a phone call from the office asking to double check the service I needed. When I confirmed a plus they said that oh the price isn't just $89 it is $89 + $350 for the service. I was a bit disappointed as I was running into the same issues as last year and asked the woman on the phone if she could briefly explain the breakdown of cost for me. She was rather rude, and pushy to get me off the line. I wasn't trying to add time to her day but just wanted to understand what the cost was (as other places in town charge quite less) and explain that this is now twice i've been misquoted and just wanted to have a closer and more accurate number. She practically hung up on me when I stated I needed to cancel's today appointment and would call back when ready to reschedule. On top of all this I am unable to work remotely and killed 2 hours of my work day that I now have to make up or be out of in addition to the 2 hours i'll have to kill again for having to make another appointment.I can understand that sometimes cost are only estimates but for this to happen two years in a row is very frustrating and what's even more disappointing was how the office staff handled the call for a returning customer.

A week or so after installation I thought we had an issue, turns out the issue was me not knowing how to work things but that's beside the point. I called the office on a Saturday and was told someone would come take a look. In less than 30 minutes Joe arrived to the rescue. Thank goodness it was nothing but if it had been we were made a priority. That right there shows you how dedicated this company is to their customers.

I called and explained an electrical situation I had and they were ready to send a truck out that was $80 just to show up.I then called Mr. Electric and described the problem to them and they told me what to do to reset the breaker. Easy fix. Don't make the same mistake I made by making wirenut your first call. They gotta pay for that stupid costume somehow.

They were contacted to fix our a/c by housing. We’ve had 2 different people come out, tell us they’ll be back only to never hear from them again but while they were here say a different thing was wrong. Even had a “supervisor “ say they’ll be by on a certain day only to never see or hear from them.

Not only did he ask if I had any questions at the start of his visit but again when he was through with the inspection and maintenance. He was a very polite and informative and went out of his way to change an email for me. It was a pleasure to have him in my home.
