Willy was extremely thorough in unclogging our main sewer line. He freed the clog, then stayed a little while longer while we ran all the faucets, showers, and flushed toilets just to be sure water would not backup into the house. Absolutely great!

Called them out on a Saturday evening and was very pleased with there proptness. Johnathan did an above and beyond good job. Would highly recommend them for a job well done. Very reasonably priced.

I had One Source come out for an ac issue in august of 2020. Fan motor wasn’t working. They recommended replacing the whole unit($8000-$12000). I found a new fan motor on Amazon and replaced it myself. I bought their membership ($400-$500) which includes One Source coming out in the fall to service the furnace and in the spring to service the ac. I never received a phone call for any servicing until august 2021. I asked for a refund and they said “refunds are only good within the first 30 days”. I asked for the GM or whoever’s in charge to call back, haven’t heard from them since.

I had such a great experience using HVAC Solutions for installing my AC. Jason’s team came out to do the installation and were absolutely fantastic. Amazing people! They’re always here within 24 hours of calling! Always on time! Or early! They installed a new furnace and AC unit for us within a day! Super clean about it! They did the work as soon as they could especially since we have a 5 month old in the house. Andrew, Jacob, and Caleb, were the ones here for the install! Our 22 year old boiler got a cracked casting causing a slight leak. I called John Pace and sent him information and photos of the installation. After a few days we had an up-dated ‘drop-in’ replacement boiler installed. Nathan and Jeremy did an outstanding job and John turned up during the installation. My invoice was the low end of the initial estimate. So all round a superb company !

Hard to find a plumber that works weekends anymore! Or at least one that will call you back in a short time. Someone answered our call right away and was out quickly, and saved us some money. David was very professional and got the job fixed quickly.

Bad experience.

We own a commercial business and had BullsEye out to do a minor toilet repair and re-set a toilet with a new wax ring. They had always been reasonable before, but not this time.

The plumber was there for approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes (not counting the 1/2 hour lunch he took - and charged for). The toilet repair took 45 minutes (5 trips to his truck for 2 parts) and about $20 in parts. They charged $154.33. The plumber left for lunch for 1/2 hour. Then he came back and put a new wax ring under the toilet - 15 minutes and a $3 wax ring - charged $85.

Finally we had a sink not draining properly. Since he was there we asked him to auger it. It took 5 minutes and He cleaned out 4 feet. What a deal - charged another $85 for that.

The kicker for me was giving us a commercial water key. When we got the bill we were charged $22 for the key. I got on the manufacturers web site and they retail for $5.25 with free shipping.

If you're wondering about the time spent - we have a CCTV system and watched every time the plumber went in and out of the building. Bottom line - $346.33 for 1 hour and 5 minutes work and $28.00 worth of parts. Do the math - that's about $300/hour for labor.

I understand people make billing mistakes, so I drove to their shop and met with Tarah. She said it did seem out of line and she would check with the owner. I never got a call back, but I did get a $22 credit on my CC statement (2 months later) for the $5.25 key I returned.

We no longer use BullsEye, and have done 4 other jobs with another, more reasonably priced plumber. So much for repeat business. They ripped me off and I won't use them again. My opinion, there's more honest plumbing companies out there. They had a chance to make it right and didn't.

The job consisted of letting in a dedicated 20 Amp circuit in my garage.I received a call prior to the two men arriving. They arrived within their time window. My son explained what we needed done. They went straight to work letting in a new dedicated circuit.In the process they disclosed a very real safety concern that was a result of a solar panel installation. They then corrected that problem and completed the original task in a timely manner.They left the work area clean and orderly. Altogether a pleasant experience for my wife, my son and I. I would recommend wirenut and this crew to any of my neighbors and friends who need electrical work done.

The professional getting my system ready for this Summer, was very friendly, and helped to teach me more things about the system, and the system's operation.

Word of advice - do not pay this company up front. We saved up to make the payment in full, and have recieved the worst experience ever since - at least if we still had some of their money we would receive some service...They charged us to cut an 18 X 18 hole in our wall for a vent, then decided against it but never refunded us. Then they left a huge hole in our drywall from where the installers dropped a torch as they were packing up. They said we would receive a call to repair our broken drywall, but of course, since they'd been paid - that never happened.Really wish we'd gone with anyone else.The only reason I would give them 1 Star is because thankfully the AC unit works.
